I was turned down by other places due to me being a contract/1040 employee (Horse farms), but Santiago was patient with me and worked all day to approve me AND get me into the car I wanted. They offer 3 year warranties and fix anything for free that you notice within the first week of buying so you’re not stuck with repairs at all!! Purchased a town and country three weeks ago, had engine noise, extended warranty would not fix it, dealership took vehicle back, meanwhile they sold our trade at auction. We are owed the money from the sale of our trade and have been getting the run around, it has been two weeks and multiple phone calls and several visits, still no check for the sale of our trade and now they wont even take our calls! Would not ever recommend this place to anyone, our next call is going to be to an attorney.

My husband and I went to Us Auto Sales yesterday because we were in need of a new car and quick. We started the process the prior night and Stone went and even though it was later in the evening took time out to call us and give us all the information we needed and helped us with getting the process started to prequalify to know what our options were looking like and then Stone even was available in the early morning hours to help us finish our application so we would know what we could afford and to help us get the lowest down payment and monthly payments possible. I will let you know that I am not the easiest person to please or deal with when it comes to car shopping, but Stone was excellent in dealing with probably one of his most difficult customers. They were exceptionally busy and short staffed, but Stone as well as the manager on staff made sure to take all the time we needed to explain things from beginning to end and to never make us feel rushed during any part of the process. In the end we left the same day with a new car that my husband and I were completely happy with and the more we drove it fell in love with. Stone and the manager on duty also went above and beyond to help and make sure that we were able to get into a car that day knowing that we were in need of a new vehicle and they also gave us more than we ever anticipated for our trade which helped our family out financially more than I could say. Overall I did not except this level of customer service, help and treatment from a place like this and my husband and I were beyond pleasantly surprised and satisficed with the level of customer service, professionalism, and care. We are definitely planning on dealing with them in the future and recommending them to our friends and family in need of purchasing a new vehicle. Service was ok but I've only had my jeep a year only driving it back and forth to work 10 min away and now I have transmission issues that no average person can afford. Honestly I should have known when I bought it and then was told no oil change was done, Floor Matt's missing (they all of the sudden couldn't find them). Lesson learned! I warn you to stay away. Those of us with less than perfect credit and work hard are the ones who get ripped off. On top of it all they never even had the recalls taken care of. Please if you consider going to this place.... bring the lube!! You're looking to get screwed!

I'm a little upset with the lack of details told to me. The sales representatives are not educated on their vehicles they sale and take their time doing small but relevant tasks. Expect to be there for a bit and pay way more like over $10,000 more for a vehicle if your credit isn't the best. With high miles. Good thing about them, they split your payment into 2, the vehicle comes with a 30 day warranty from pep boys and the vehicles are clean.

Went to this awesome place to get a car since mine was on the brink of extinction. Stone was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable with the Chevy Spark I was put into. The whole team did everything in their power to make sure I had some new wheels to drive in. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have a lot of cash or only have a vehicle to trade in. They will get you into something and their selection is a bunch of cars that are almost brand new. My Chevy spark is a 2017 and it's the nicest car I've had period!

Very Helpful and attentive, felt he was leaving me with very safe suggestions as to not cause me any bias but give the facts that was necessary to make my final decision .
