I usually don't like to talk about my family but that's what these people are my family the best at what they do and they try hard so you got to give them some time don't push him they'll get two you and you'll find out they're going to be one of your best friends I'm happy with this place I never thought I would ever say that about a pawn shop

One Sunday afternoon my husband and I went in out of curiosity, we wanted to see what kind of things they had for sale. Upon walking in, I immediately noticed how dirty everything looked on the shelves and on the floor. The vibe of this place was that of desperation and sadness. The jewelry case was in the center of the store, a focal point. They had a lot of lower end rings, necklaces, bracelets and watches for sale, nothing special or worth the amount they were asking. There was a line wrapped around the jewelry counter, leading people to the intake desk to pawn whatever they had. We only stayed for a few minutes but overall this place wasn't interesting, nothing inside was priced reasonably or was worth what they were asking, junk store.

I LOVE this place. I have been going here for a long time. Shane helps me out EveryTime he is there when I come in. He does his best to get me as much as I need. Always polite and sweet. I wouldn’t trust anyone else handling my belongings, if it wasn’t the few friends I have a value pawn. They always have a good vibe going there and are always helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face! 😀

I came into this pawn shop just to browse around, as I never know exactly what I’m looking for. I just recently moved to the area and this was my first time in. I was approached by a young lady, who greeted me like I had been a customer for years. She was very polite and asked if she could do anything for me. I told her I was just browsing and she let me know if I needed anything just to let her know and she would be more then happy to assist me. I didn’t find anything this trip that I couldn’t live without, what I did find though was the pawn shop that will be getting my business in the future. As I was leaving the young lady, who had a very positive attitude, thanked me for coming in and invited me to return daily to see the new merchandise they would be putting out. As I turned to give a thank you, I noticed the young lady’s picture on a sign and saw that she was the store manager, Julie; I believe If my memory is correct was her name. I thought WOW if that is the way the store manager treats her customers, then I bet the rest of her associates are just as fantastic. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

The reviews are what sent me. Lucky me, I got to be waited on by Javier. Such a genuine and beautiful spirit. Sold my old PC and had great customer service during the process.

Awesome Place, Great Staff. Was there on Friday and Javier was my Customer Service Rep. He was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I ended up purchasing a TV, Computer and Speaker. Highly Recommended, Thank You !!!! Very Happy !!!

The customer service at this store was exceptional. The sales associate Nalani that took care of me was very warm and extremely helpful on what I was looking for. I also observed other sales associates at the store who showed great customer service and were very tentative to the customers. I left the store a happy camper because I found what I was looking at a great price. I definitely will come back to visit.

So I had pawned my laptop during a rough time and being down work. I didn't want to but had too. My boyfriend decided to stop in to look at phones. I had mentioned to JAVIER that I had pawned a lap top and missed the deadline. He looked in the computer and found out I still had one day left to recover my pawned item. He brought tears to my eyes as this computer was a gift and how I did all my schooling! I definitely recommend value pawn. Ask for javier

Walked in today. First time in the store. Had the opportunity to deal directly with the store manager. She was super friendly. I’m new to the area but will definitely be back.

I got a loan on my 9mm gun and upon trying to redeem my loan I had to wait in line for a significant amount of time, which is not a problem, until a manager was available to help me. I went through the background check on the computer and waited for the manager to go to the back and call it in. Then another manager came out and said I had to come back the next day because of the wait time from fdle. Ok..fast forward to the next day, arrived at the pawn shop and waited in line for at least a half an hour to get to the counter. Once there, again told I had to wait for a manager. My license was given to the shift manager and told I'd have to wait for her. Then after another half hour wait, the other manager, who had already waited on at least 3 other people that came after me called me over to help me . Moral of the story...don't go here if you're interested in good customer service. And I've been coming here for years...

Waited in line 45 minutes to buy a lawnmower. And there was only 1 customer ahead of me.Then when I was next they took the lady behind me because she was doing a pickup.

Javier at Value Pawn has the most inviting attitude and is funny, pleasant, and easy going! Every time I visit, I hope to deal with him because he makes my whole day better! He is professional, yet so comfortable to talk to. I literally walk out in a great mood just from dealing with him! What a great guy! Value Pawn is blessed to have Javier behind the counter. They are very nice ppl to deal with. As for Krista I was there that day and if you wasn't rude and nasty you probably would have gotten better service. You attract more babes with honey than you do vinegar. If you can't wait you don't need to be there. They are a very busy store and have to deal with everyone so if you can't handle that go to a slower paced lawn shop. Don't get on here bashing them when they are here to help people. And that they do.

Javier is absolutely outstanding!!! I have a house hold emergency so I took a car full of tools and we started unloading and started the computer work process. He never once got angry with me for having so much stuff, never acted annoyed, was professional and we had some great laughs! Deff would recommend him to anyone!!

I came in with fairly substantial items that had value to the pawn and jewelry shop and I was met with honesty about the price they would give, I decided not to accept the offer they gave but that's not why I'm giving 5 stars. It was the service and acceptance they had regardless of my decision to say yes or no. I would and will come back. I felt good.

Known javier for a atleast 6 months now and by far the absolute best employee I’ve ever seen. I keep thinking why he’s in a store in the middle of Ocala Florida. He’s talented informative funny and friendly and always helpful. He puts a new meaning to the words “above and beyond”. Every time I come in I know I’m not gonna be taken advantage of or sold something I don’t want.
