The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, By far one of the best employees is Thomas, ask for him when you stop by and he will make sure you get the best customer service and help you every step of the way.

I have been doing business with American Pawn for several years. Best store anywhere. Mike and all the rest are the best. They helped me several times when needed it most. I put something on lay away about a month ago and got it today. Mike took the time to explain it to me until I was comfortable with it. Can't wait to go practice with it. My wife brought in a necklace, that she has had and worn for 16 years, to be fixed. The gentleman that helped her said that he would try to see if he could fix it and to give him till Friday. We left and about 20 minutes later he called and said it was ready. Wife turned around and picked it up and he didn't even charge her. You just don't find business like this anymore. Would most definitely recommend them.

I came in browsing and found these cool guitar picks, the customer service is amazing and they have a great selection from jewelry to firearms to even musical instruments and antiques. The man who helped me out for what I was looking for was Thomas and he did a great job of helping me out and he even let me take the guitar picks for free.

Had visited a Jeweler near by that could not accommodate my repair needs. Went to American Pawn and the staff was so nice and found a way to repair my broach pendant. Thomas was extremely determined and went above and beyond my needs. Also picked up a new piece of jewelry while I was waiting on my repair. Definitely a ROCK STAR Team!!!

American Pawn is hands down the best local pawn shop! They are willing to work with you when you are selling an item outright, trading, or pawning/exchanging for a collateral loan. My Husband was able to do an even trade with them, a special guitar for a Mac Book Pro. Very nice people, and very very helpful. Our two year old son also loves going in there and looking at their life-size Mike Wazowski and Sulley from Monsters, Inc. that they have displayed in store. Too cute! Thank you American Pawn!! I consider myself to be a avid 2a supporter. I seem to order quite a few ffl items and while i looked for the best value for my transfer fees i came across American Pawn. So between the great location and the lowest cost possible i brought my business to them. While my experience with them proir was limited at best ive now been in there several times ;-) I always shoot to go in when Thomas is working. Very professional but very personal. The kinda guy that will introduce his family if you run into him at the park. As a customer who just stumbled into this place, it has become the only place i will ship something and the only place i recommend to my friends. The customer service is top shelf and ive always felt taken care of. Id say give them a try and see what they can do for you.

Thomas was a very well versed individual and was helpful along our whole time at American pawn. Asked if we needed anything everytime we looked confused at the products we were looking at.
