I love the guys at Big Chicken Pawn! I have never had a negative experience when dealing with anybody them. When I walk in I feel more like I'm walking into an old friends home than a business. They're always friendly and I never leave there feeling like I got anything other other than exactly what I needed at the time. These guys sold me a bose surround system that was not at all what it was supposed to be through Amazon. There was no center speaker, there was a sub that was no longer working well and speakers that were basically shot. They listed the selling condition as good! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!

I agree with R J. I haven't witnessed any rude employees so maybe people need to evaluate themselves. No pawn shop is going to give top dollar, especially not for items that are already used. Before you insult your own intelligence maybe next time try using the other options such as eBay or craigslist, if you're computer literate. I can't say that I walked out with big bucks and a smile on my face but I didn't have a platinum platter to place in front of these guys neither.

Best pawn shop in town I was on a budget for Christmas and Will gave me a phenomenal price so I got my son an xbox 360 of his very own and he even threw in a few free games God bless you man your a wonderful person.
