I had an amazing experience with Affinity, specifically Mario. He handled my account and he went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took pride in helping my wife I and getting us the best possible numbers for our mortgage. He is extremely educated in this field and dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. His response time, customer service, and friendliness made the difference. He did so much more then he was actually required to do and it felt great having him on my team. His open line of communication to my agent and the seller was excellent. He is very team oriented, and given I am a USAF Veteran it meant a lot to me seeing that. In a crazy market things couldn’t have gone more smoothly with him. I would recommend anyone looking for a home reach out to Affinity. A special thanks again to Mario. Working with Amy Bell at AHL was a breeze. Talk about customer service! In this market your financing has to be on point to submit a strong offer and have a smooth transaction. Amy availed herself on a Sunday afternoon to talk me through the best loan for my situation and assured a short financial contingency period. The loan went to underwriting so quickly. She and Ashley communicated in a timely manner. The team was reliable and consistent to the end. Would highly recommend.

I was in the middle of a horrible divorce at the time when I called Amy. I had literally been in tears not knowing what I was going to do or how I was going to pull off selling a house and getting a house. Amy did not blink!
