Garrett was a joy to work with. My first lender fell through because the appraisal came in low a few weeks before closing. Garrett gladly took the case and was able to get a new appraisal and still was able to keep the same closing date with no problem. He and his team were very easy to work with and were fast and efficient. The finance fees and interest rate ended up being lower than my initial finance. Garrett took a very difficult situation and made closing seem effortless.
