I was interested in doing a refi in a co-borrowing situation I have with my daughter, and I learned of Amy from a co-worker who knows her very well. I thought the nature of my needs was going to be problematic, but never once during the whole process was the work of Amy and her staff in question. Heck, since my original loan was not very old, she saved a few bucks and avoided an appraisal process from being required. All the disclosures and details were easy to follow, The rate was solid, and they took the time to answer any questions (and they were few). Even after close, they stepped in and resolved an issue with a miscalculated payoff and county tax matter from my former lender.
