Chirs was an awesome salesman. He was very patient as I looked at several vehicles I finally saw one that I thought would be a perfect fit for my family, but Chirs found the perfect one in I'm so glad I listened and chose this thanks Chirs. Then the other gentleman Frank was very helpful with making sure it was detailed. The atmosphere was wonderful so if your looking for a nice vehicle with low miles & clean go see Chirs & Frank.

Frank was my sales person and she made the experience so easy and fun. We had the greatest time buying a car! I recommend to anyone in the market to buy, to go and ask for Frank. We bought a Nissan Rogue we also made a friend. The finance part was great to. Very fast and friendly. I will be telling all my friends about my experience. The best ever!

Outstanding from start to finish! When I first reached out to inquire on a vehicle I was contacted immediately by the owner. After making an appointment to go view it I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist (both were amazing! Extremely friendly) and an employee at the front. I was then introduced to the sales rep Frank who was again very helpful and friendly from start to finish he honestly made the entire process flawless for me. I purchased my first vehicle that day and I couldn't have asked for anything better...service and my new Jeep! Would definitely recommend Ez Auto. Talk about going above and beyond! I went in with my parents looking for their car to enjoy their retirement with. I was hesitant because I didn’t know what to expect. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. My parents purchased a BMW X5 and the service and attention to detail was superb! They were so kind and professional with my parents, not to mention patient. My parents got the car they were dreaming of with a fantastic rate!

I, as a woman went in by myself to purchase this car and at no point did anyone make me feel intimidated or that I might be taken advantage of. I believe they were very willing to work with me on the right price, all while receiving excellent customer service from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I came in contact with. Charles was so amazing, that even after the deal was done, he followed me to my house with my new car so that I could get both, the old car (which I was borrowing form a friend) and my new car home!! WOW! Talk about customer service.

Best car buying experience without a doubt. Staff was friendly and didn't pressure you into something you didn't want/need. I knew which car I wanted when I walked in the door (all of their cars are online with pictures) and I drove off in that car in under two hours. Will never buy from anywhere else. There is no reason to spend a full day "negotiating" at other dealerships...Ez auto gives you the price up front and you can make your decision without some "salesman" hovering over you trying to tell you what you want/need. Frank is one of the best he really helped me. Wonderful experience.

Frank was great! I filled out the interest card on their website, and he responded very promptly. The next day, we emailed a bit and when we got down there, he had the car warmed up and ready for us to test drive! When it came time to do all the paperwork, he worked quickly to get it all in order and helped us get everything finalized. When we were ready to leave, he took the car up to a station to put some more fuel in the tank for us. 10/10, would used car again.

Great dealership, I didn't get a run around and I wasn't there all day either. I enjoyed my interactions with everyone there. All questions were answered. Both Keely and Anthony are good people and are dedicated to selling you the car you want. Also for you worry Worts out there, they're not paying me to take time out of my day to type this. Vehicles are fairly priced in my opinion. However, still do your research like you would any other dealership so your not out here looking like Malorie.(Bird Box)

I am a single mother who was in need of a good car, but my credit is blemished due to my divorce. Thank goodness their are still some good used car salesmen left in the business. Tony was my salesman truly a night in shinning armor . He help me get the most for my money with a reasonable down payment. He answered all my questions, made sure I was satisfied with my choice out of the options he showed me based on my challenged credit, and even followed up the next day to see if I was still a satisfied customer. Having tried several name dealerships and being royally disappointed E-Z Finance was a true breath of fresh air. First of all quality vehicles & then the most gracious personnel. Alex was absolutely outstanding. His calm demeanor & knowledge of vehicles on top of not feeling pushed to make a decision was so refreshing. We had other appointments to see other cars & were so impressed w/ what we saw here we came back the next day & bought the car. Will most certainly come back to see Alex & purchase my next car!

I visited E-Z auto finance and I was a little nervous about buying a used vehicle. I quickly got over that feeling because the staff took time to call me and let me know they would help me as best they could after l told them about my situation. Frank was so nice and friendly he made me feel like I was a priority and not just another deal. I cannot forget Nicole because she was helpful also. Terrible place to buy a car from. I went here to buy my son his first car. They told me everything was good with the car but when I took it to my local dealership to look over it the suspension was shot. I immediately called them back to cancel the transaction and bring the car back, but they said they wouldn't take the car back even though I had just purchased it a few hours earlier. This is a very poor place to buy a car from, with low morals and standards. Read my review and take my word do not buy a car from this dealership.

We had a great experience with Nicole at this dealership! She was super nice and patient with us, we brought our kids in and she was very friendly towards them. We also liked that she was very up front about everything. We ended up purchasing an F350 that was sold to us below retail price!

They we very welcoming and very fast to find someone to help us out. The salesman that helped us, he was very nice and polite and knew what he was doing and very easy to talk to. They did the work up for my trade in vehicle quickly and set everything up quickly for our new vehicle.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!! the staff really went out their way did everything they possibly could even when it felt like the situation wasn't going to work out they did more they went over and beyond all the way from the wonderful sales rep Frank to the wonderful sales manager and finance manager these guys were awesome and they got me in a beautiful Jet black Mercedes-Benz E350 really didn't see this coming thanks guys I'm so excited and so grateful for the effort and passion you guys put into getting me approved for this beautiful car on a short-term deal with below average credit no lot would give me a real chance with a car I really wanted I almost gave up but these guys came through in the clutch!!!! 5 star first class business without a doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will never advice anyone to get a car from here. Got a bad car and they told me it's my responsibility . If you get car here and want to test drive, make sure you don't let them turn the car volume up. It's a trick so you wouldn't notice any sound. Secondly, make sure you get all your documents because they hide part of it so you will not be able to read what you signed. Very fake, Fraudulent people. Wish i never went there. They tricked me into trading my car with them too. All they care about is their money for a bad car with high mileage and price

Great customer service. They did not swarm me or try to force anything on me. They spent hours and hours pulling out different cars for me because my credit isn't the best and yet they still managed to go above and beyond and got me into a brand new car. I definitely recommend anyone to check this place out if you're looking for great cars and great customer service.

We went not even expecting to buy a car, but Ralph made it so easy and so possible we now own a Porsche. The longest process was my insurance calling back. The finance officer is great and tells you how to improve/maintain your credit. We took the Porsche on a we owe with on the radio. It was quickly honored and replaced (with an updated system). Second month and all we need is an oil change and weve taken her on the road. They earned my trust, my new go to guys!

This was a pretty fast & easy experience & staff was easy to work with. My salesman Sadan was awesome! From day one he was on top of it. I had inquired about a vehicle at 4am as I work night shifts & to my surprise next thing I knew he was texting me. An actual person not an automated response. As I looked at other lots the next day it was that experience with Sadan that made me keep wanting to go to EZ auto to look at the car we spoke of. That car I did end up buying. Sadan was very very Knowledgeable, willing to help, gave me a ride back to Hertz to drop off my rental & even bought me a Krispy Kreme coffe. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because #1The name is deceiving because they don’t finance anything older then a 2008 I was told but the main dude (Really cool guy) was willing to work with me to make a deal. #2 I feel that the car still needed some small detail stuff, loose stuff under the hood that needed the plastic tabs to hold in place. This stuff falls back on the service Dept. The tire had a slow leak & I had to get the valve stem replaced a few days after I purchased. That sane tire had a broken belt that I wouldn’t have known about until the tire was taken off. Just be sure too look. everything over really good before you drive off the lot.

2006 Mercedes Benz ML350 I purchased this used vehicle without warranty on April 11, 2017 through salesman Frank, and Finance Manager James. Although I purchased it with no warranty I was assured if I had any problems at all to contact them, and was even given the managers personal cell phone number. The day I left the car lot I started feeling jumping in the vehicle. I immediately called and was assured all is well it's probably just the road I was driving on, and to call back if I had any issues. I've felt jumping several times, have been hearing ticking noises from the engine, and to top it off my children and I literally almost got hit by a car while driving on a busy road because the transmission slipped into neutral and stopped moving while we were driving. Almost the mileage says 143,514 on the title and it's well over 145k on the dash. I had this vehicle checked at an auto repair company which notated transmission issues, engine issues, rotor issues, strut issues, and wheel bearing issues. I've made several attempts to contact the company, and manager. I've been given the run around. No answers, no call backs to voicemails left, no responses to text messages, and always being told James (the manager) is not in and he never answers even his personal cell phone or messages. During investigation I've noticed that This business have numerous complaints against them on google regarding the same and similar issues. I'd like the vehicle returned and money refunded, or repaired at a shop of my choice with paperwork, or even switched out for a damage/repair free vehicle with proof from a dealer of my choice... I have sought legal action, contacted the finance company, Better business bureau, consumer affairs, ga state Attorney General, and my next step is the local news. I will continue to spread awareness until something is done to my satisfaction, and encourage the others to do so as well. Someone needs to take a stand against this company's criminal ways... I do not recommend this company, and would give negative if had I been allowed!!!

TRUST ME, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I bought a car from here back in May and my car has been in the shop half the time getting repaired. I have almost $3,000 in repairs already and my car is still in the shop as I write this review! When I called in to speak to the GM, his response to my issues was "well at least you know whats been repaired". I have since emailed to reach someone else and have not even received a response email or call. I try not to leave bad reviews but If I was you I would STAY AWAY FROM HERE. TRUST ME, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

They gave us a fair price on a Range Rover. Didn't take a long time to finish up and the car looks great. Thanks guys! I would recommend them if you are in the market for used luxury style cars.

I recently purchased a car from Tony at E-Z Auto. He was very helpful and pleasant. He didn't take advantage of me like some dealerships have tried to do in the past. I had the WORST experience purchasing 2 BMW 3351s from E-Z Auto Finance. Both cars cost $3k in repairs for issues that were not disclosed by the dealership. While they gave a so called discount, the repair cost far outweighed the so called discount. The tires were completely worn on the inside where it could not be seen. Major mechanical parts such as a rack in pinion was found to be leaking and need to be replaced. This was not disclosed by the dealer. After bringing these issues up to the Sales Consultant, she stated that the dealership was not willing to cover any of these costs. Meanwhile, these issues caused the cars to be driven at risk which could have cost us our lives. They were not willing to cover the cost for their dishonesty and failure to disclose these issues. My experience was awesome. From the phone call about coming to the lot, to signing the paperwork, Archie was very patient, kind and welcoming. Archie, Ashton and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable! I didn’t feel pressured at any time throughout the process. I was able to get exactly what I had been looking for in my new vehicle purchase AND at the price I was quoted over the phone!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Nicole, I came to her with no idea of what I wanted. She was very patient with me, She answered all of my questions honestly. We even test drove about four vehicles until I found the one that I absolutely loved. I enjoyed not being pressured into a purchase. She was easy going from start to finish and very knowledgable. I ended up purchasing a 2010 BMW 528. I was so surprised when I got a call from Nicole almost a week later to ask me how my new vehicle was doing. I had to share my experience with others. Great cars, Huge inventory and Nicole was awesome.

Awesome customer service. My salesman, Frank,was so extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to making my experience fit the brand of BMW. I have never felt so special and carefree while buying a car and giving my money away! 😊 I was really impressed and happy with my car buying experience. His professionalism and respect for my needs and wants were really really awesome- especially since you just can't find that kind of customer service so easily these days.

Also called Shah Auto by the employees. If you call them about a problem with a car you purchased from them they will tell you they will call you back and never will. My tires began showing core within warranty. They claimed that they would not have kept that part of my file. I asked for the tire company they use they said they would look into it and call me back after multiple calls and being bounced around from person to person in their company I gave in a just bought new tires. They were rude and unwilling to be helpful. I guess if they already made money off you they just think of customer service as a waste of time.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I bought a BMW 328i from them and I love it. Tony helped me to find this car, and then I was set up to do a test drive. He also showed me other cars so I was not limited to just one choice. There was no pressure by them to sell the car to me and he was very professional. (also checked out other cars at some other car dealerships.) there was a problem with the radio and when I asked them to fix it, they fixed it real quick for me. It's been more than six months since I bought this car, and everything is going great with it, so I thought to write a review on it. I recommend this place if you are trying to buy a vehicle. Also Alex, the general manager is awesome and super helpful.

Just wanted to extend another thank you to Frank for all your help in the purchasing of the truck for my son. I haven’t seen him this happy ever. The experience from the first phone call to the last wave good bye was top notch. We were made to feel like family not just customers. Very happy with the way the purchase was handled. Frank and Ashton lwere excellent. Will definitely come back when time comes to purchase again, but will also recommend to my friends and family. Also all vehicles on the lot are the cleanest I've ever seen. And this is coming from someone who owned 2 Auto Detailing Salon's in Downtown Atlanta for year's that cleaned dealer vehicles everyday.

Hi this is Stephen Patterson, we purchased a BMW 535i from Jay. He was a great salesperson and very helpful and knowledgable. He was always there to answer our questions and helped us to the end. Patrick the finance manager was also very pleasant and helpful, and Chris helped us program the radio in the car. We had found a few flaws in the car, and they were quick to get those resolved before I took ownership of the car. Great place and look forward to working with them again on my next purchase.

Need to update my original five star rating to two stars. Their follow up is severely lacking. I have made nine calls rover the last three weeks regarding getting my title paperwork so I can get my tags. There have been broken promises, no return calls and a complete lack of interest in resolving this issue. Even calls to the general sales manager are ignored. Do not leave this dealership without the title paperwork in your hand. Better yet don't give them any money until you actually see the title. Great selection of cars in a variety of prices. I bought a Lexus SC430 at a very fair price and process was very smooth.

There are not enough words to properly express how wonderful Ronnie is. I came into the dealership after a terrible accident wrecked my car. I was nervous, I had anxiety about getting another car and I just wanted it to be done with it. Ronnie was patient, he never tried to "sell" me. He told me take my time and look around. Later that day I knew he had the car I wanted. He worked with me on the price and by the time I got back to the dealership all I had to do was sign the paperwork. He put on new wipers and even gave me $20 to get it washed because the car wash had closed by then. He really made the most painful experience of my life 100% times easier. I will never forget him.

Archie is an excellent salesman, he worked with me from beginning to end, being kind and informative also resilient in making sure the car I purchased was a great buy. Ralph was my first point of contact and I have to say that Ralph kept in touch with me at all times and made sure the vehicle I wanted stayed in tact. Best service ever if you want to be scammed. I bought a car for $28,000.00 even though they where very rude to me during the whole process. They treated me as if they didn't have time of day, this should have been the red flag that sent me running. But I decided to get a 2008 Mercedes S600 with less then 60k miles anyways. After the sale is made and I was assured that the emissions testing was done I come to find out it was not and nor had it been done for the past year. Not to mention their was a problem with the ignition that took them over 2 weeks to fix. With in just 6 days of their so called fix my car brakes down yet again for the same issue. I called numerous times and was told I would get a call back or put on hold to no avail. Until 4 days after the car broke down someone told me I had to get it towed to their mechanic yet again. Once they got it back to their shop they took over two and half week to fix the issue for a second time, not to mention they didn't even call when it was done or give us any update as it was being worked on. After all of that I thought that the car was good but just 6 days later the car brakes down again for the same reason costing me yet another bill from the towing company. So I call yet again but now it has been over 2 months and I have not heard anything from them except the owner is out of town. In the mean time I have spent almost over $1,000.00 on just rental car fees alone. So for the short of it I personally think this is one of the most despicable dealerships in the area and I would never recommend them to anyone nor would I ever go back there except to return the car.

I would think twice before purchasing from this business. I dealt with a salesman named Frank. When test driving the car I pointed out that 1 of the tail lights was out. After I went back the next day to pick up the car after I purchased, the tail lights still had not been fixed. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I got home. So had to make a special trip back there. When picking up the car I pointed out that I was unable to use the Bluetooth feature. They were unable to figure this out and did not provide any help. After calling back, I was told to take the car to the dealership to have them deal with it. Finally I have been requesting the service records since I purchased the car a week ago. I keep getting the run around even when calling to leave a message to get this information. I like the car I purchased and feel like I received a good deal. However I am not pleased with the level of service.

Its so refreshing to be able to walk into a dealership and not feel like you have to be on guard and defensive because your the only person looking out for your best interest. These guys truly want to help you get into something that is a smart purchase and will help you and your family be safe. The process was painless on both sides, from trading in my used truck to the in-depth training I received on how to use the features in my new truck before I was handed the keys. Thanks for the help!

I just bought my Mercedes from them and I could not be happier!!! They helped me finance my dream car at a price I could afford at an even better rate than my bank was offering. Sean was awesome! I got exactly what I was looking for, no hassle, and easy process. Sean was extremely kind and professional. No scams, and the quality is good. Came back to edit: So my original review above was done while at the place getting the bmw I was getting and I was asked to do so by Sean... fast forward to issues with the car that weren’t previously disclosed, I called them and they kept telling me they would fix one of the issues for me but they were waiting for the part to come in. They kept this going for months and needless to say, the problem never got fixed. The car was overpriced for all the problems I had... so disappointing because I really liked them while I was there and they seemed genuine. That was a lie. The sale is the only thing they care about, regardless of the quality of the product. Thumbs down EZ Auto.

Came back to edit my review. Still had a nice experience at dealership but less than 3 weeks after getting car it began overheating! There was NO coolant. You'd think there would be routine maintenance while car is on lot but apparently not. Check your fluids before pulling off. Don't end up paying a car note on a car you can't drive. Oh and "fail safe" reprogramming is NOT part of the warrenty unfortunately 😒

Today I purchased my first car and I couldn't have wished for a better experience! Nicole was knowledgeable, personable and didn't put pressure on me from start to finish. I have never and I mean never experienced such great customer service from a car dealership!

I bought my car in feb and the dispaly screen was broke. The promised to fix it and still have yet to honor the We Owe. The sales representative was awesome however the company lacks integrity! I have been in the customer service field over half my life and this has been the worst experience with car buying! The management team keeps telling they ordered it and it was broken but yet my screen is still not working! Ashton the sales manager told me the same story every time i spoke with him. I have contacted the better business bureau and they still have not fixed my screen. This company needs to follow through with their promise! I read the reviews afterwards and should have before hand!!! If i could give a negative I would!

We always save money when we compare the other dealerships and what they are asking for similar vehicles. Overall, I love this place and plan to buy any future vehicles from Nicole. She's always so helpful and goes above and beyond to find us what we want. So glad we found this place!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! If you are seriously trying to get a car do not come here. This place is really unprofessional and full of scam artists. I called in to check to see if they had a car I saw on their online page still in stock. They informed me they still had it. I showed up and figured out it was sold the week earlier. Then of course the car salesman showed me his inventory. I found a car that was average. It was not too bad at first until the engine light came on during a test drive. I informed the salesman and he took it to the body shop. Then said it was the gas cap not tightly screwed on. He seemed like a nice guy and trustworthy. After the final papers I left and 15 mins later the engine light came on. I took it to the body shop and they told me the spark plugs and ignition coils needed to be changed and there was a $1000 coolant leak. They resettled the computer in the car to get the engine light to come off. Honestly that's just wrong. No matter what you do in life cheating someone out of their money while smiling in their face and reassuring them that "no funny business" was going on. Maybe I had a bad experience but for anyone buying a car DO NOT COME HERE !!!

Slimy and shiesty to say the least.... before purchasing their 2009 BMW 335i, I decided to get it inspected across the street. Usually, you would have to schedule an appointment for an inspection, but the mechanic was kind enough to squeeze me in for a quick inspection, after realizing I was a military vet. He found several leaks in the vehicle, and he advices me to make sure it's fixed before purchasing, so I presented the deficiencies to the dealer RALPH. I made them add fixing the problem to our contract. Now, this is where they tried to play me.... I dropped the car for them to fix. They claimed they "fixed" the car, no receipt or proof that they did. A month later the same problem occurred, now they are refusing liability. So when they tell you they will fix your car, they won't. They will not show proof and most of their cars have defects.... Run!!!!

This place is trash!!!! They try to quick sell you a car... then lie about the up keep on it. I followed back up with them on a break issue and the finance manager agreed with me that it was an issue, because he was the one who told me the car had new breaks on it. Then I follow up with the office manager he tries to give you the run around until you fix the issue yourself. I filed a claim with the bbb and then he was like I'm trying to help and now I can't talk to you. I went and looked at the claims on the bbb site and someone from the company always replies that they have tried to offer assistance and the client declined. This is a flat out lie...I'm opening up a lawsuit against these folks...if u want to join in please hit me up...I have an appointment tomorrow on the claim.
