Mr Baker and his team at SWBC were excellent to work with. Very responsive. I emailed one beautiful Sunday afternoon and even then he responded. His estimates were right on point. Their system was fairly easy if you are familiar with the uploading process but once I had a problem uploading and the team was very helpful. He kept in touch with updates throughout the process, worked with me, lawyers, and realtor to get us to close within 21 days!! I highly recommend this organization to get your mortgage done efficiently and correctly.
