Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Ne 4th St, Bellevue

I have been banking here for more than 7 years now and i have always found the staff very helpful. Both me and my wife have accounts here and i never got a chance to complain about anything. They really help you to understand the mechanism of certain things and help you getting it done. Lewis

Drove all the way out to Bellevue to meet with this supposedly recommended loan officer named Adam Azar. At first, he was professional and courteous, appearing to be a man who dots all his i's and crosses all the t's. What was supposed to be a same day mortgage loan pre-approval letter, turned into a many week cat and mouse game. Instead of simply emailing us or returning a call to let us know if there was a problem or anything that needed to be addressed, he decided to just ghost us. Adam Azar left our application open in the system, locking up our info from other loan officers, causing us to have to cancel the entire process and start over with someone else. Waiting on Adam caused us to miss out on being able to offer and buy the home we wanted and needed for our family. This experience was absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary. People's lives are at stake and Bank of America allows it's loan officers to behave in this way. Adam went on and on about the importance of our ongoing banking relationship with BOFA is (we had another mortgage through them). We will be sure to move our accounts elsewhere now. We cannot recommend bank of America for your loaning needs. They will drop the ball on you.

Bankers are not serving their customers timely when they have time to chill with their coworkers. It seems like it's the best place to work for the employees since they do nothing and get paid.

I love Bank of America! But service they provide in this location is the worst I ever had. Please do something with your staff! They are not helpful and not polite :(

The woman on the front desk, she is unfriendly , not cooperates. Other staffs are kind except her. so upset at her attitude. I Won’t be back this bank again. Never!

This review is for the Mortgage department. Vicky Huynh will not return your calls or be available to you if anything goes wrong or get's tough. I left voice mails that went unanswered, stopped into the branch to see her and she is working out of a different branch for the week (something you should consider before applying for a loan anywhere) no manager on site to problem solve, (there is a manager that manages the entire branch; but does not appear to have any authority or know how to help problem solve a mortgage problem) I sent an email that took 3 days to respond to, and she refused to meet with me to problem solve. I find this problem in general with B of A, not just this branch.

Great place! Friendly and kind staff (especially, Kevin Long), always opened to any questions. This financial center has a plenty of garage parking spots (it’s a must have in Seattle area).

Staff is always willing to help, special thanks to Kevin Long who is super friendly and helpful. Also, this place has a huge parking garage (free for customers) much nicer than in the previous building.

This branch is consistently lacking in customer service - Very poorly managed in general, and they change their hours of operation without updating Google. Do not bank here.

Teller is unfriendly and made me wait in queue even though I had an appointment setup. Unless you have no option, I would suggest you not to go this place
