HSBC Bank Bellevue Way, Bellevue

Worst banking experience I ever had. They charge maintenance fee monthly but later sold part of it’s retail banking business to 2 separate banks, closing their corresponding hsbc accounts without proper communication. Customer deserves better service. Will never go back here

I opened a checking account at HSBC Bellevue Branch not too long ago, but I have found even the most basic retail banking service inconvenient. Making simple deposits or ordering check books take multiple factors longer than other banks I have used: Wells Fargo in California, and First Tech in Bellevue. I allocated some time for me next week to close the account I have with HSBC. I'm thinking of going back to First Tech (First Tech has a great service and is very near the Microsoft/Amazon offices. The only reason I opened an account with HSBC was because they had a good promo. The fixed size promo cash bonus is definitely not worth the variable cost of how much time and energy they take away from you). If anyone else knows any good deals for checking accounts, let me know!

This branch is a mess !! It was in total chaos on a Friday afternoon! I SCHEDULED an appointment with Jason Zang for 1:00, but our meeting didn’t start until 1:40, unacceptable, no matter what excuse he had! I hope he double check his work at the end of the day. Seem to me something is missing in the paper works he gave me. But I will find out soon enough. By comparison, I have had much better experience at Chase. Friendly professional service at a TIMELY manner!! Aways!

Come on people! Do not use this cliche - (it is a repeated expression or a hackneyed phrase that is used so often that over time it loses its meaning and turns into a trivial one) that someone in the HSB bank or something did not work a long time ago that means that the Bank is bad. It is not true! Come in good mood and try the service again, exploring what they have there, give them a new shot and maybe you won't be disappointing!

The staff are rude and this place has no service. A bald guy turned his back on me, dashed to his corner office and hid himself when I tried to speak with him. And then I waited and waited, eventually spoke to someone, but I was told to sit and wait (indefinitely). The weird part was there weren't many customers.

Worst bank ever. I opened an account funded the account and setup direct deposit. Paycheck was sent to the account and when I went to withdrawal some money was told my account was in the process of being closed. They wanted me to call some department who staed they will notify me of the reason. Mind you it is Christmas weekend and was not able to get any answers or my money. If I could rate no stars i would. I see why they are leaving retail banking in US

As a Jade member of this HSBC branch, I felt that I did not receive fair treatment. I opened an business account with them. However, when I tried to close the business account, i was told that I can not reward for the promption due to I did not put$5000 in the checking account. Asked branch manager, who told me that agent who opened the account did mention the promption to me with flyer. Since I did not ask for writing, there is no way to approve that. Come on, use the common sense, I have total $15,000 with check & saving combined, why agent did not suggest the client to put $5,000 in the checking and rest in saving to take an advantage this promption. It is total disloyal to the customer. I hate to say, I am thinking to withdraw all my funds from this bank! HSBC needs to train their managment team how to treat Jade memeber or any customer right!

Fantastic service!! in two words to describe my experience with Ms. Mathur at the HSBC Bellevue Branch. Kriti was friendly, very welcoming and, most of all, she delivered what was expected to make my experience smooth. She answered all of my banking questions being a new member upgrading from Choice to Advance account. I'm indeed a happy camper. Thank you Kriti and HSBC Bellevue for your excellent customer service.

I now only use the ATM. It wasted time to talk to the bankers. I was there only to ask some questions. But the banker Meilin kept talking and did not let me go until I had to agree to meet her colleague.

I opened a checking account at the Bellevue, Wa branch of HSBC. A young lady named Cecilia assisted me and answered all my questions.
