Lily was great, she made this process a lot less stressful than it could've been. We had some issues with the sell of my house in which we needed those proceeds to purchase the home Lily was helping us with. We were getting really close to have to request an extension on closing escrow, but Lily worked her magic and all of the suggestions she made we were able to get the loan approved and docs delivered for a on time closing. Jeff and his team did a great job walking us through the mortgage lending process. He was available, engaged and provided us with solid advice, especially as it seemed everything was going sideways. The tools they use to collect documents was fairly easy to use and all the of the support staff was courteous and friendly.
