A bunch of lazy people working there. I walked in the branch as soon as they opened. I needed help resetting my atm pin and the big lazy Hispanic on the office refused to help me cause they were short staff. A pin change takes 5 minutes or less. They sent me across the river for assistance. I will never ever come back to this branch again.

I absolutely hate going to any Bank Of America! The only reason I go is because my company requires me too! They have taken away all drive thru’s which force you to go in and then you have to stand in line forever because they have one teller, but the real kicker is they always have people standing around asking how they can help! Open another teller line and get things moving! BOA needs to make some serious changes or they are going to start losing a lot of customers!!!

I felt like I was a prisoner in a small prison cell inside this facility from the question I was asked from entering to leaving, from the location of this facility, to the whole atmosphere. I will find somewhere else than this trap to do my physical banking transactions. And, what happened to drive-thru banking one on one here ? This place is a joke.

Please don't use this bank if you might need to help an older family member by getting a power of attorney accepted. Service horrible.carried the power of attorney to bank January 10th ,19.they made a copy. Got letter about Feb 20th requesting a copy of the POA, it is now March 11th. All they will say is I can't talk to the dept that handles this just have to wait. I would never do business with this bank. J Morris 3/11/19.

I been banking with them for 26 years and they customer service got worse and worse I been trying to contact with the dispute department for 2 hours and they don’t answer the phone

I was the 1st one in the door when they opened this morning yet for some reason they told me to have a seat and proceeded proceeded to wait on 2 people that came in after me. After 20 minutes I left

I had the pleasure of working with Maggie, she was quick and very professional. She is very friendly and would highly recommend working with her!! And the manager was very friendly too, can't remember her name. Wait time was average considering I went on a Friday afternoon. Clean restrooms!

BOA in general is just terrible to deal with, this branch needs to just close up. You get better service just about anywhere else. Even if you just want to cash a check you have to talk to a banker and they will try very hard to make you open an account with them.

Even though I have an account that wouldn't let me cash my check after I been out of the job for years and my wife has my card that was no help at all

I am already not a big fan of Bank of America because a huge amount of money was taken out of my account and was never given back to me 2 years ago.. which I is why I refuse to open another account up with them... Today I visited this branch (like I always do) waited in line for 20 mins to be told to step out of the line to speak with a relations manager just to cash my payroll check and be charged $8 I never paid a fee and never had a problem cashing my check until today... horrible service wasted time and trip
