They never answer the phone. You have to drive over there to ask a simple question. It never fails.

For starters I don’t usually like to post negative reviews. However, I feel that this location lacks professionalism. Everyone is always “busy” even when other employees are standing around the only person that is able to perform the simple task you need is the only one doing any work. They are not friendly and are not happy to help you. One lady asked me if I had tried the other location in town. If I stay with BOA I will not be returning to this location even if it’s closest and most convenient though it isn’t convenient at all. Do they even read these reviews??

Scamerica! They will do everything possible to extract money from you. Keep you hard earned cash ANYWHERE else.

THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I had one teller basically tell me I had enough money in my account, when I was trying to do a deposit....like excuse me, my bank account is non of your business or the people behind me who can hear you talking business either. If you don't like your job get a new one, but don't make everyone else miserable because your attitude sucks. I have been banking with BOA for years but after that, it makes me want to change branches so bad because that was so uncalled for. Maybe BOA should send the tellers to a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS.

This is the worst branch of any financial institution I have ever experienced in my 70+ year lifetime. Two managers offer help that they cannot accommodate. One teller working both the drive through and walk-ins. They never answer their phones and this is the case for 10-years now.

Finally reached someone to answer basic questions, its like winning the lottery! This has taken numerous tries and a lot of patience. After reading the reviews , realized I wasn't the only one. What is really a concern, is no response from Management, or Corporate, like no one cares. Heads up BoA Georgetown, Cedar Breaks...there are other branches and many other Banks and Credit Unions who'd appreciate our business.

Absolutely terrible experience. I opened an account at this location recently and had nothing but problems since. I recently went into the location when multiple employees were free and called the branch. I heard the phone ring behind the desk but no one answered. Bank of America sent me two erroneous notifications that expressed that I had negative money in my account. My "Relationship Manager" moved to a new location shortly after I opened my account (which no one told me), so I called the branch directly to investigate, but no one picked up the phone. Based on the other reviews, not a surprise. I had to leave work to go into the branch in person to receive excuses from the bank manager. That being said, Sherri, a Financial Solutions Advisor at the branch, was extremely helpful and understanding. Her customer service was excellent and a stark contrast to the rest of my experience.

A few weeks ago I tried calling this branch because my atm cash deposit wasn't showing up. It took several tries before anyone picked up the phone. I went in recently to update my address and was told I could not unless I had an appointment, or I could wait until the next appointment time to open up in 20 min. There was only two teller customers in the whole bank and the manager, and two personal bankers didn't have anyone. Any other manager would have said just wait here and we'll get someone to help you. But no. It's ridiculous to schedule an appointment for something so easy. It's not like I'm applying for a loan. They told me I could change my address online or calling the 800 number if I didn't want an appointment. I tried online and since my address is a new construction the system didn't recognize it (naturally) so I had to call the 800 number and go thru all the prompts to finally get someone and she was able to change it. Sad I live less than a mile from this bank and I won't go there anymore.

Update...... I went to this same bank a few days later and was able to get all my banking concerns addressed and was very pleased with fast service, a completely different experience from the other day!!! Just so frustrated with BOA!!! I come in here on my luch break to get a temporary card before my payday. Some ladies were standing around saying they were waiting on appointments who obviously had not made it yet. You would think they could have taken care of me brefily as a Temp card doesn't take much time. They tell me to come back, I come back and sit and wait to be told thst the two appointments will take about an hour and thst the one lady they were placing me with has an emergency in which she has to leave but she was at her desk typing on computer for since I came in. Right now as I write this review she is still in the office on the phone and behind her desk. Not sure what an emergency looks like but if I needed to leave due to family emergency I wouldn't still be at my desk typing. Think its time to change banks seems like BOA just finds ways to inconvenience thier customers. I get off at five thier closed and today wasted my lunch break dealing with them!!!! Not to mention the banks they closed in Killeen... Its ridiculous. Done writing review and emergency just left.

After waiting in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes (there were only 2 cars in front of me) I commented to the teller that they must be short staffed and was told, “No, we’ve got a full staff working (Really? Two tellers is fully-staffed???). She then told me, “Commercial customers take time.” I was then lectured on using the ATM for deposits. BOA, why are you the only bank that doesn’t have a dedicated line for commercial accounts? And if you can only open one drive-thru lane, why don’t you make the commercial customers go inside the bank rather than clogging up the drive thru? After reading all the negative reviews, it certainly seems like you just don’t care about your customers.
