In their own words they made a "catastrophic error" after we signed that prevented them from recording on time. They literally recorded our purchase as we and our movers were in the process of moving. Unbelievable. This caused all kinds of stress and prevented us from being able to do some prep work (like cleaning) before the movers were unloading. Definitely made the buying process far more stressful than it should've been. So glad this is a once in a lifetime experience because I would never want to risk a repeat with this company. Do not recommend at all!

We just closed on our house with Judi Rowe and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Judi was on time, virtuous, professional and genuinely kind. Selling a house is stressful and ours was complicated (nothing to do with Amerititle). Judi was great to work with. Highly recommend her and the Amerititle team.

American title really screwed us over. We went in and signed papers and paid the full amount for our down payment. Less than two hours after signing the documents we get a call from our escrow officer saying that they made an “error” and we need to pay several thousand more dollars. Correct me if I’m wrong, but a title company’s job is to find everything and compile all of the appropriate information, they don’t add much else. Totally worthless. Will never go through Amerititle again.

We worked with Jackie and she was great! We had a pretty complicated title that we needed clear in order to close on our short sale and she did a great job of making that happen! Thanks for making our whole family feel welcomed at signing also, we appreciate everything!

Very rude! We were buying a home and they made us feel not welcome. The attitude that Stephanie took was rude and not welcoming at all. She was late to our appointment. Receptionist didn’t even offer us to sit but she did kept looking at my kid with an attitude of not wanting us there. If I had to choose I would not use them at all.

We recently were selling our condo and the paperwork involved was overwhelming . Ameri-title took the time to go over the important details and make me feel confident that everything was in perfect order. Lynda Hunt is a extremely great asset to the company. If you ever need a awesome Marketing Representative , I recommend her highly!!!

This place help sell my house out from under me leaving me homeless and penniless the realtor Laura Dunigan knew my soon to be ex and myself were getting a divorce and were separated at the time of the sell of our house she had me move out on Sunday because it was more convenient for her and I was promised that title would have a check in my name on Monday so I signed a document saying I moved out she told my ex the things I sold of his which was no business of hers and offered to send him his mail even though she knows he is running from the cops for domestic violence.my name wasn't on the house and she made sure she got her money and so did the title company sellers beware

Worst customer service ever!!! I have never been treated so poorly from a title company. They just seem like they want to get you off the phone because they are too busy. They wanted info from us we sent it in and didn't hear anything, when I called to check if they received it and the escrow officer basically said she gets 200 emails she is not sure if she got it an I felt like I was bothering her. Trying to coordinate signing since we have to drive a distance and get everyone there and they will not pencil us in at any time. Now they have docs from lender finally and still won't set up appt until they have file fully prepared, and closing statement issued this is backwards. GET US ON THE CALENDAR then do your paperwork. Will never recommend this title company to anyone.

These people don't know how to COMMUNICATE. We set up a meeting to sign closing papers for our rental house and they NEVER showed up. My husband confirmed the location twice with the lady on the phone. For some reason they thought it was suppose to be in Salem. It took about an hour and a half later to get someone to drive over to this office in order for us to sign. My husband was late for work and my 2 friends that I was meeting afterwards had to wait an hour and a half. THEY PUT 4 PEOPLE IN A BIND AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER ANY CONDOLENCE.

Great experience working with AmeriTitle. I even had to call months later for a copy of my closing statement and they shot it right over.
