I had the pleasure to get in touch with Surety Solutions at Salem, Oregon office, Stacey Janes was the one who worked on the bond that I needed urgently for one house I owned, it was a temporary urgent situation that I had to get this bond ASAP and Stacey was there doing everything she could. I have never ever done a bond and had no experience LOL, she made it very easy for me to understand and I could get the situation resolved within 2 days, unbelievable. I have called so many companies before Surety Solutions, it was terrible, some have an answering service that takes your name and info so someone can call you back and honestly I don't like that, I want an actual account rep that can answer me right away, other companies I only got voice mail? who does this in 2017! an old answering machine? really? with Surety Solutions I got with Stacey right away, she emailed me all info needed within 5 min and within 2 hours we were almost done, next day I had my bond FedEx overnight with instructions on what to do with it.
