My experience with capital pawn was MAGNIFICENT. I can’t stress enough how lovely the staff was and how extensive their stock is. If you can imagine something, it’s likely sold here; the staff goes out of their way to make you feel like family. They even have the MOST convenient option of layaway! I adore my ring (that was suggested to me) and look forward to buying more pieces from them in the future!!

Brought in my handgun to trade for some new toys. Very satisfied with the result. Got a very fair trade value for my gun. They were very informative and helpful when picking out new ones. Will definitely be back 👍Really went above and beyond walking me through all the handguns they had, as I'm very new to the hobby. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Recently just pawned an item here and got great customer service by William major shout outs to him for wonderful job! He gave me an extra $25 then what I originally settled for pawning my xbox. Highly recommend for anyone whose new to the area to check em out they're very welcoming

I walked in with snap on and caftman tools with an assortment of other American tools and was told thy didn't want to look through them or deal with them since thy closed at 6pm I told them if it was time I could could come back another time thy hem hawd around I asked are you not wanting to do your job and both managers were their when the guy said ya I don't I wanna go home . Then said have a nice day .

I pawned a pistol. No one said a word about the fact that I would have to have an oregon ID to get it back or I wouldn't have pawned. I don't care what there reviews say... they are shitbags just like the rest of them!

I have been there Several times. The staff is friendly and helpful.The store is clean. Easy to view. When you go there .say hi to William. It's a regular stop when going to Albany.

Absolutely great experience buying my first gun. William and Ashley were so helpful, nolagable and great vibes.

Overpriced items. Nothing is new but they will sell at new prices. Return policy is a joke. Website needs updating to more accurately reflect available products.

Came into the store to just look around, but after Ashley Dawn helped me out at the jewelry counter I found three silver bracelets and a silver chain that I loved. She was so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! Everyone else in the shop was very kind and personable. I’ll be back for sure!

I stopped off at the Albany store today....just to look around. I have bought several guns both from the Salem store and Albany. A few months ago I was in the Salem store close to the closing hour when I first met Will, this was his first day on the job. Will was very enthusiastic and willing to help. Will showed me a firearm and gave me some history on the gun. A few days later I walked out of the store with this firearm and a smile on my face. Today a brief stop at the Albany store turned into another great experience with Will. This young man really knows his stuff and is more than willing to answer any questions. I love Capitol Pawn and customer service is one of the main reasons I will always return. Every crew member is top notch. THANK YOU

Drove from Central Oregon to meet a seller on a firearms transfer. Chose Capital Pawn in Albany due to their opening at 0900. They failed to open at the time posted on their door and there for I lost the opportunity to purchase something I have spent a lot of time looking for. Will never darken their doorstep again and I will encourage anyone that will listen to not go there.

Capital Pawn always has the cheapest Blu rays in town. Staff is always welcoming when walking into the store and the prices are good.
