This was my first experience financing a car. I had thought owning an electric car was a pipedream but I saw a deal too good to pass up on a 2015 Nissan Leaf S. Grant was incredible. He was fun to talk to, kind, considerate, and I honestly believed he had no intent to pressure me into anything. Everyone else I interacted with were also great. The entire process went smoothly and I was surprised how easy it was to finance through my credit union. I don't think I could've asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much for making a dream of mine come true. I've been driving gas guzzlers (we're talking 14 MPG) for over 15 years so this car is like a breath of fresh air. I had low expectations on what it had to offer, but kept being pleasantly surprised as I got settled in to what features this car has to offer. I almost settled for a hybrid and I'm so happy I found you guys instead.

I live in Spokane WA and was looking for a Jeep Gladiator with specific packages. I could not find one with the packages I wanted anywhere near Spokane. However, Albany CDJR had one in transit. I contacted them and spoke with Jariah and he was amazing. He set it up so that they could hold it for me when it arrived and arranged to have sidesteps installed on it before I got there. Jariah kept in contact with me throughout the process. Once it arrived, my daughter and I made the long drive from Spokane to Albany to pick it up. We met with Jariah at 9am that morning and had everything finished before 11am, which is about the fastest I have ever gotten out of a dealership. The entire sales and sales support team were awesome, especially Jariah. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They are top notch from top to bottom and I now have an amazing Jeep Gladiator sitting in front of my house. Thanks guys!

I've called Eugene Jeep three times, left two vm's and a message with receptionist for a call back for service. After no contact back I called Albany jeep. Totally worth the drive. When I called, they made me an appointment that day for, maybe, a week or more out. Friendly, attentive staff in Albany. Thanks guys.

**SERVICE WARNING** Took my Charger in for overheating issues and diagnostic fee was $150, which was not credited to the repair like other dealerships. Total estimate was close to $1k for a water pump & belt replacement. This was 40% higher than taking it to a reputable shop in the area and they repaired it out the door for less than $500. Save yourself time and $$ by finding a local shop!!!

Just bought a dodge challenger there yesterday! Worked with the salesman Jariah and had an above par experience. First time buying a car from a car dealership as I always worked with private sellers, but was honestly surprised with the service! People weren’t pushy, but willing to understand how I was feeling and what I was looking for. Jariah even turned on the NBA finals while waiting for my paperwork! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car! Avoid the name brand places! (Fingers crossed the car runs well over time!)

We had a 10:00am appointment today to get some recall parts addressed on the PCM ( Power Control Modile ) & the TCM ( Transmission Control Module ) on our 2016 Chrysler 200 as it is consuming Oil with no leaks. We were greeted with being accused of coming in late when we know we agreed to bring our vehicle in at 10:00am, probably not an ideal way to greet customers! I can understand you guys didn’t make any money addressing recalls and that might not classify us as important customers who are paying an arm and a leg but it’s not our fault our vehicle has recalls that need addressed. Politeness goes a long ways and I would imagine updating some software on our PCM & TCM didn’t break your bank! You guys earned 1 star based on your customer service and not having a straight answer why our car is consuming oil with no leaks, rather instead you tell us a diagnosis would cost extra! If that’s the thanks we get for buying your brand, we will get a Honda or Toyota next time, DO BETTER!

I am not a serial car buyer but have had my fair share of poor experiences with buying a car. Grant was a dream to work with (let's be honest, they all were). They gave me a fair price on my trade in, did not pressure me into a purchase and were able to help me save money. I was actually able to purchase my new Hyundai on my time. Wonderful Experience buying my 2021 Ram! I can’t express how happy we were with the team at Albany CDJR. Ben, Brett, and Jon went above and beyond to help us get into the truck we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Those guys were straightforward, understanding, and truly listened to what we needed and wanted from the deal. They worked hard to get my loan just right as we had a few hiccups with my trade in and my not great credit. We were treated with respect and dignity. These guys take customer satisfaction to another level! Last year, we bought a new Dodge Challenger from Ron Tonkin up in Milwaukee area- please don’t waste your time up there! Ron Tonkin only wanted cash down this time to put in their pockets. I was a returning customer to them but got treated poorly—for this… I take my business elsewhere, and in this case Albany got me as a future lifelong customer! I regret not getting our Challenger from them last year and I highly recommend Albany CDJR!!!

Brought my car in for an oil change. Later I heard a squeal. I brought it back for a diagnostic. Found out if needed an airbox. Come to find out it was their error. Was looking for a new Dodge Durango. Went to the dealer I bought my last NEW car from. Not only did they not offer anything near what my trade in (high value used car right now), they got indignant when I challenged their offer. So, since they didn't respect me, I looked elsewhere. I ended up on the phone with Ben at Albany about one he was just getting delivered. He was polite, respectful, kind and fun. So I drove the hour to look at it. No high pressure, remained respectful of me, and the dealer offered the correct value for my trade in ($2,500 more than the dealer in Eugene). Absolutely everyone there was kind, willing to help, respectful and did the right thing to gain a new repeat customer. This is my new dealer!

As a woman, it’s pretty normal to be treated poorly in body shops and service shops but I have never experienced disrespect like I have here. The three times that I have been here, I HAD to go to the dealership because they have technology that non-specific shops don’t have. Each time, even if I go in with my boyfriend, they won’t even acknowledge my presence for my own vehicle. They’ll only look at him, even if he directly is asking me questions about MY vehicle. They never once made eye contact in my recent visit and proceeded to talk to us like we had one sufficient brain cell. And do not ask questions because they’ll only talk to you worse than they were before. I was extremely angry but even my boyfriend was becoming frustrated. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and I’ve had better experiences at the dump. If I was purchasing a vehicle, this is the absolute last place I would put my money.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. About 2-3 weeks ago, I took my Jeep to the service dept at Albany Jeep. The dark-haired Service CSR Lady was very rude, disrespectful, and possibly incompetent. I took my 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4ev, with less than 12k miles in because the check engine light came on. 1st thing she asked was where is your paperwork and told me I would need to provide my paperwork. I told her it was covered under manufacture warranty I wasn't aware I needed paperwork. She stated she needs to see my paperwork, (which I don't have and have never had to provide for manufacture service in my entire life) then she tells me it will be $140 dollars to connect it to the computer to see what is wrong with it. My response was for manufacture warranty work? she said yes. At this point I was so frustrated and feeling disrespected that I chose to leave. Not use to being treated that way by another woman in a service department. My husband worked for a Dodge Ram dealership for over 10 years and was very confused when I told him what transpired. He even asked what paperwork? all they needed to do is look up the VIN#.... Unfortunately, I never got to service because this woman obviously did not listen to a thing I said or was just completely incompetent. I can't speak to how good their technicians are, but I can tell you the dark-haired woman working the service counter is rude and not very professional. I took my 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4ev to Roberson in Salem. They immediately checked to see why the check engine light came on and scheduled me for service. I did not need paperwork, and it did not cost me $140 dollars for them to connect my Jeep to their computer. The difference in customer service was night and day. I felt like the MAN I was speaking with was listening to me, and he treated me with respect. I never told them why I chose to come to them, so they were just giving me the same service they would give anyone else coming into their service department.

Totally worth the 48 mile drive from Eugene to have my Chrysler Voyager's 60K mile service here. Also $840 less than I was quoted locally! Great customer service all around and will be my goto garage in the future.

Hands down the best dealership in the PNW. The service Dept like everyone is a little understaffed. But the sales crew, sales manager, GM, and service writers are beyond the best. Only dealership I have seen keep to the commitments made on multiple occasions and in circumstances that was not beneficial for the dealership. I will not but a vehicle anywhere else but here.

Head's up must bring registration or title with you when replicating your vehicle keys now in order to prove ownership of the vehicle you're replacating the keys for...I can remember when vehicle keys weren't chipped or nearly as expensive... but all necessary $100.75 or pertneer ...I hear I got lucky sisters keys cost 175$... crazy

We have a 2020 Dodge RAM and have had it serviced by this dealership several times. Most recently we had to bring our truck in because someone hit our driver’s side mirror and we needed it replaced. This happened in Portland and we were staying in WA. We called dealerships up in that area and no one could get the parts we needed quickly, because of the part shortage. I called Albany and Jeff and the parts department went above and beyond to get us the parts we needed quickly. This would be a five star review except we’ve had several issues with one of the service advisors. Truthfully, if it wasn’t for Jeff’s assistance (several times) we wouldn’t be back. The service department should be customer friendly and helpful, instead of unaccommodating and flippant. The parts department and mechanics/shop has been great too. Thanks for all your help with our mirror. It’s so appreciated.

They did awesome at looking over all the things we wanted for our jeep. But dang, for that money, they didn't wash it, or vacuum (when other places do that)? We might just make the drive to Corvallis where they do the extra stuff. (Didn't even know it was extra!) Other than that, everything was great. *Edit! We didn't realize that the pandemic had affected the services. Thank you for this information! (It seems to affect different places differently). I really appreciate knowing this information now & will have my husband contact you guys to set something up when it is appropriate for you. Seriously, that is good to know and we *really* appreciate you seeing this & checking in & doing what you can to do what we've experienced in other places. Thank you! Mechanics aren’t trustworthy. Bought a vehicle and realized later it needed some work no problem I got good warranty with it. Took it to my mechanic and he found so many things wrong he said take it to the Jeep dealership ok did that. They threw out everything my mechanic said and did what they wanted still had to pay too much money somehow even with my warranty still not explained. Warranty has since run out and I’ve got a vehicle that could have been fixed with my warranty but didn’t because their mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it. Newsflash bad mechanic! I do have an oil problem. They lie, have lazy workers and still find a way to get more money from you. Don’t go there.
