Wow, This is not your average pawn shop! They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. I love how the same employees are always there too! I am writing in regards to specifically the Lancaster Drive location. I have all my rings sized and the goldsmith Bryan seriously calls me the next day sometimes! All under $60 typically! Lorena and the other gal behind the jewelry counter are my favorites; they show my kids and I kindness and smiles when we come to do business. Thank you!!!

The staff at All that Glitters is always friendly, highly knowledgeable and provide max payouts on loans and consignments. I highly recommend anyone needing a little help getting to their next payday, little unforeseen emergencies or just need to sell old collectibles just collecting dust to stop by All That Glitters and they will brighten your day with a smile and fatten your wallet with some greenbacks!

Staff are super-friendly. As far as pawn shops go, All That Glitters is a very happy medium: not sleazy, not pretentious; I've observed them treating people who pawn here with compassion and respect. Good prices. The inventory isn't huge, but definitely worth stopping to check out if you haven't been.

Always friendly, always helpful. They give more money for loans than any pawnshop around here that I know of. I've come here for years and before that my mom was a consistent customer.

So happy I came in to find the ring that made me happy, was surprised to find out that they offer half off of the sticker price and sometimes even more off that. Also their customer service was absolutely amazing Lorena helped us find a ring in our budget and then since their prices were so good we also bought a pendant. She was so nice and helpful. I will most definitely recommend this pawn shop to other people and I will also be back in to buy more jewelry. We stopped at capital pawn first and they didn’t even offer any discounts off their sticker prices, so all that glitters is where it’s all! Thanks again Lorena you’re doing a amazing job!

All the staff here are amazing and deserves recognition for how kind, knowledgeable, and loyal they are. Reubin is always there to help with a smile and Pam is an amazing manager. If you want the best help only go here with your business, they'll treat you right.

All that glitters gets a 5 star for sure. They are generous and honest, I had a 5 star experience with jordan who was more then honest and fair I had a 14k item in the 10k bag that a previous potential buyer had marked 10k he told me it was in fact 14k. Now that kind of service cannot be bought. Thank you Jordan.

Horrible customer service. I called ask a few quick questions and the lady that answered (Sandy) was very rude. Which greatly surprise me because I'm not used to people in a sales position talking to me a potential customer in such a way. Confused about why I let her know that I don't know very much about guns and ammo. I thought maybe my inexperience may have offended in some way "Well I don't know how someone with no experience with guns & ammo has so much ammo"!!! I wish i hadnt been so shocked or I'd have gone the F off on her. Instead i calmly told her 500rounds is 1 small box and she told me they weren't interested in anything I had...Way to go SANDY!!! You caused your establishment to lose money today and money in the future because i will never ever come to this pawn shop and i happen to well respected in my community and I will be personally telling any and everybody that I come across for the next two weeks to go to Capital Pawn where they actually know how to treat customers with some modicum of respect. Sandy you need to be fired ASAP I can only imagine how much $$$ you have personally cause that business to lose.

I just want to say that I have been to other pawn stores in town and none of them compare to this one. I have been treated like a rock star since the moment I walked in the door. There are 3 employees in particular that have not only been professional but honest, and super respectful. If you have the pleasure of coming into the store on Lancaster make sure you ask for Tiffany, Richard and/or Pam! They will treat you right. I would recommend this store and this company to anyone whether your buying or getting a loan....they are the best!

Excellent service and great prices! I dealt with Lorena and couldn't have been more impressed. After I agreed to buy an expensive camera she proceeded to show me a small crack in the frame in the interest of honesty and full disclosure. I still bought the camera and added 100 worth of additional items. It's refreshing dealing with a salesperson you can trust!

Very friendly and great customer service! I had an emergency and needed quick cash so i took some jewelry there to see if they could give me a loan. I got enough to pay my bill and ill have enough time to pay the loan back with super low interest! This place is great. Ask for Tiffanee!

I always come to this store for one reason, Lorena! She always greets me with a smile and is always very accommodating. By the time I leave my jewelry looks beautiful and I'm very pleased! I have purchased several things from All that Glitters and all of my items are spectacular!

They are the only pawn shop I go to. Tiffany, Richard, Pam have been great to me and my family whenever we bring something in to pawn they are very helpful and give the best service. Had pawned multiple music instruments and an error on their behalf they left a guitar amp off my pawn slip or maybe I'm at fault also for not checking my pawn slip any how when went to retrieve my items no amp they where not even willing to check if there was a amp mislabeled. I work hard for what I have and don't like giving it a way for free I will never go back that's was just my experience negative 5 stars

I love this place! They are always gracious and helpful and they are very involved with community! Richard has been exceptional with customer service etc. I've been coming here for years and it's always been a courteous and fair experience.

Everytime I visit the pawn shop the staff are extremely helpful and are quite knowledgeable about the item you're in there pawning or selling. I've always gotten a great price too! I highly recommend using them first before any other pawn shop in town. (And this is from experience). I've always gotten the best price that a pawn shop can offer.

I got a loan on my Xbox, when I picked it up someone new had logged into my Xbox, downloaded games on the console, added friends and they denied EVERYTHING. Even though I have actual proof of dates when all of this transpired while the Xbox was in their possession. Now none of the games load because this one account is logged in and I can’t log out. Horrible place DO NOT GO!

Seriously got low balled here for a loan. Will not return, would not recommend to anyone I know. I wasn't even offered one third of the value of my item. Want a fair loan there's a nice place right down the road not to far from this place.

Basically the whole team helped me and even took the time to test my xbox one twice and then hook it to their wifi and update the system and then gave me what I was asking for in pawn. I almost didn't go here because of the negative reviews, but did because a friend recommended it. Am I ever glad I did! These folks were nothing but friendly and courteous, and they gave me a better deal on my gold than a Portland jeweler did. I asked them about the negative reviews -- they said notice the dates of those reviews, and that they are a couple of years old. Also, they said they had been told by customers that tried to give a good review that the info wasn't accepted. I hope this makes it -- these people are well worth the visit.

This has to be the best pawn shop I've ever been to. I've purchased things from them as well as doing loans and have never had a issue. Everyone is extremely nice and easy going. A lady that works there took the time to clean my girlfriends necklace as well as showing us rings knowing we were just looking. Absolutely terrible customer service, all I was doing was asking a question about a tool they had for sale. Sales lady told me if I want a new tool go to Home Depot. All I was asking is if I could plug it in to make sure that it charged

My fiance got my gorgeous engagement ring there and we are planning to get our wedding bands there as well. The sizing is free up to 2 sizes and you are able to pick up your ring within a couple days. The diamonds in all the rings are of great quality and the prices are half what you would pay in a regular jewelry store. You also get a lifetime warranty which includes replacement of lost stones. Great customer service as well!

I went to the shop Desperate. Two days from pay day and my little dog Lilly Bell hurt herself and needed an emergency procedure. I was frantic. The Latino gentleman who was helping me (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) was amazing. He took in my jewelry and dealt with the many invoices he needed to do and the massive line of customers behind me. He was able to loan me what I needed to take care of my dog. I was in tears. I cant say how much this gentleman's professionalism, patience, and compassion is appreciated. I will never go anywhere else. All That Glitters has my business for life. Thank you so much. Just bought a Ruger 9MM from all that glitters salem Oregon and I would like to say these guys and women are simply the best people to deal with. One of the best things is they are so friendly and they really do care about all the people they do business with. They have some of the best prices on all there stuff they have for sale and they make sure you are happy with anything you may buy. I have done business at this location many times for years. Recently I went in to buy a guitar and ended up returning it because of issues with the instrument. The staff was not happy. They returned my money with grumbling and a comment about “this is just what we need.” Very ridiculous since I have given them a lot of money over the years. I will not be going back and I strongly recommend people to go to capital pawn, where you will be treated as if your money matters, which it does.
