Airman Pawn N 2nd E, Mountain Home

Pawn shops can definately be hit or miss, but on a whim we stopped here while driving through and hit the jackpot. Rooftop Thule bike racks for a steal of a price. They were tagged 15 bucks for the set and they honored it. They were very helpful and let me fit them to my car to make sure the fit first. You never know what you'll find, but my experience here was great.

I normally don't leave a long review but I have to express my satisfaction fully. When I heard that Pawn One had purchased Airman Pawn I was livid. I have had nothing but bad, horrible, and terrifying experiences with Pawn one. I was sure I would never deal with this store again. But alas I was wrong. The only reason and I mean the only reason I have changed my toon was due to a few individuals. Nathan and Pam. They promised me that nothing would change and I would receive the same customer experience I always got. Well I stand corrected. They fulfilled that exact promise. If for any reason Nathan, Pam, and their amazing team were to be let go this review will be very different. They are the reason I will continue to do business with this store. They treat you like family. In a small community like we have here this element of customer service is extremely rare. So in review. If this store ever changes believe me I'm not the only who will do business elsewhere. Thank you Pam! Thank you Nathan!

So I walked into Airman Pawn not really knowing what to expect. I have used this same pawn shop a couple of times in the past but never with an item that I really hadn't done any research. I immediately found Pam who said she wanted the firearm I was wanting to sell. She said "you can go to the other shop in town, but I really really want this piece". I asked what she thought of merely pawning the item and she immediately pulled out her trusty little calculator and told me what my monthly payment would be...and that just wasn't going to work for me. I really needed the money but I decided to go to the other shop in town. The didn't even really give me a second look. Went home did my own research and drove back the next day to Airman Pawn where Pam and Nate inspected it once again and gave me the cash that Pam had promised just a couple of days earlier. I cannot say enough about the staff at Airman Pawn. They all treated me with the same customer service and respect that I for one, will never forget. Thanks again...you guys rocked it.... . .

Very friendly and Pam is a joy to work with have worked with me on payments and enjoy to go in and see the new items in store they have a very good layaway options I'm very happy with them

Great store!!! Relevant inventory!!! And even better customer service!!! This is a pawn store that does it right!! I'm surprised they haven't opened more locations in the valley, it really made my day finding a nice set of tool bags for a good price.

Went in to by DVDs the first day Dillon was great and helped me out didn't get confused day 2 I go in for more DVDs and a couple games then she says the duck dynasty dvds aren't apart of the deal and said they were 3$ so I said ok she didn't inform me that if I didn't get 3 more then we're gonna charge me almost double for the other 17 DVDs I wanted which was supposed to be 20 for 10$ I got charged 18.50 and then the other that were supposed to be 3$ she charged 7.50 and then proceeded to argue with me anyway I will never purchase anything from them again and if you do go in I'd advise against dealing with the Manger lady she is sneaky and thought she could get one over on me in reality they lost a customer for life not recommended

This store is absolutely awesome! They help me out way beyond that I can ask for.
