Tim Baldwin is an excellent loan broker with very competitive rates. He has been very responsive and great to work with during my refinance process. I was shopping for better rates to refinance my single family home, and found Tim’s rates to be most competitive for both 15-yrs and 30-yrs loans. The part that I appreciated the most was the transparency of the rates with different positive/negative points. As rates fluctuate on a daily basis, I have explained my situation to Tim and asked him to contact me when there is a good opportunity for me to refinance. One week later he found a rate that motivated me to start the refinance process. His loan processor - Charmaine Newman - was also super friendly and made the process easy and clear.
