Customer service is their lowest priority. Hope you don't want to buy anything because the numerous employees behind the counter cannot be bothered to assist you. Maybe next time I can give them money in exchange for goods. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *Except for Scott, he's the best but there's only one of him in a store full of people that don't seem to care.

Buyer Beware I purchased two items and was overcharged $30 according to my receipt. I went in to dispute the charge and the original employee said he was the manager. I asked if he pocketed the extra $$. He printed up a new receipt to reflect what I was charged and tried to take my original receipt. He did not refund the money. Maybe he is charging other people incorrectly and pocketing the money. Beware, look at your receipt or better Do Not shop here!!!

I love to stop and see what's available and what cells they are here at the pawn shop I bought more than a couple things like speakers amps equalizers Dex radios for my car audio equipment TVs for my kids DVDs for my wife I appreciate the friendly and clean environment

The location here has great staff and are very professional. I only visit Pawn 1 Locations because they treat it like an actual business its always clean and stocked. The gentleman that helped me was Adam and he was great to work with very clean and professional and easy going guy. I would definitely recommend this location no questions about it.

Pawn shops are normally run-of-the-mill and sometimes a little overpriced, especially where electronics are concerned. These guys are amazing though, and the staff was VERY friendly and helpful, allowing me to test and look at several laptops. Everything I looked at was in extremely good condition, and I was able to purchase a laptop with high-end specifications for a BEYOND fair price. I'd recommend these guys to anyone now, superb service and extremely good prices.

Be careful buying video game systems or electronics here if it is defective they said “we didn’t know it was broken we will buy it back for 1/4 of the price.”

If your thinking about doing business with Pawn One 1 in Garden City I suggest you see Scott he’s wonderful but I warn you about the General Manager he will sale your merchandise even if they have agreed to extend your payment date out. Being a loyal costumer doesn’t mean anything when it comes to this place of business and the costumers satisfaction is not priority there so I would suggest also you think twice about you valuables unless you want only to sale them. Getting a loan on them wouldn’t be my recommendation. Oh! Don’t forget to ask for Scott he’s an awesome employee!

worse pawn shop I have ever seen. worst customer services and scams. never buy any electronics from this specific store on chidden. I would recommend Vista pawn and first pawn shops in the valley if you want to be respected and cared.

The place in Garden City was less than spectacular. I get wanting to go home, on Christmas eve. But, being in the retail business, I would think they would close their doors later than 4:00 pm. Anyways, they made it clear that it was closing time, and did not want to make a sale. Nobody offered to show me anything in the jewelry area. Clearly it was time to go.

Thes guys are my favorite! They always go above and beyond to help me when I need them and I trust them to be honest and take care of me as well as anyone I refer to them. They are the most courteous, and knowledgeable team and they never fail to put a smile on my face. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or borrow because I always leave feeling comfortable and confident. I’m super grateful for everyone at pawn 1! They are rockstars!
