Have been a happy customer for years! The lovely ladies always greet you with a smile and are always professional and very pleasant to work with! I would recommend anyone to visit with them if they find them selves in a bind or just need down payment help, maybe a surprise trip to Jackpot or just need some extra funds. What ever the reason, give them a chance. You won’t regret it.

Great experience they are very patient and willing to work with you on payments! They do a great job with text reminders about when a payment is due. Always pleasant. The one complaint I would have would be that they do not accept payment over the phone any more :( Other than that fantastic!

I know I shouldn't have used these guys to begin with but I was desperate. I ended up in a bad situation and had to make small monthly payments to pay them back. I've explained my situation and they continually ask me to increase the payment even though I've already told them multiple times that I cannot. It's like talking to a brick wall. Do not use these guys unless you enjoy being continuously harassed.

My husband got a loan from Nicole the manager a little over a year ago When we got hard times. She worked with is on payments and was so sweet and friendly. Of you need a loan this is the place to go to!!!

My fiancé asked for a small amount of loan went to his bank got all nessacery documents and they printed all personal information I mean everything and they all three women were saying huddled up in front of him saying do we give him any money and I definitely they refused to give him the copies of his personal information and and totally wanted our time!! We are never going there and will never need to anyways thanks for nothing all positive reviews are bought and paid for JUST FIVE DOLLARS 😡

Fast, Friendly staff. I have never spent longer than 15-20 minutes in there.! Fast efficient and so easy to use.! If you get in a pinch they are the best to deal with.!

Had legal issues and was not able at the time to pay back. They took me to civil court behind my back and had my wages garnished. I was not even able to defend myself in court. I did owe the amount but the way they went about it was sneaky. The court and money 4 you do not work for you they work for the large percentage rates and how they can screw you out of more money normal companies use debt collectors which do not incur ridiculous interest rates they instead try to screw you by taking you to court and allowing you to pay the court costs, and they will do it behind your back. SUGGESTION: IF YOU CANT AFFORD AN ADDITIONAL $145.00 in court cost do not use these guys use someone different. Besides that I believe that the individuals giving 5 stars are paid for. There just seems to be an overwhelming number of individuals giving 5 stars out like they were candy. Suspect!!!
