This pawn shop is unlike any other I’ve been in. All the merchandise is good quality, and the owner JT is a genuine standup guy. He doesn’t have an agenda to nickel and dime you and squeeze every penny he can out of you. He does the opposite. It was obvious to me within minutes of being in the shop that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to give them quality merchandise at a great price and great service to go with it. He hooked me up with a very nice Kranoby smart watch at an excellent price. He went out of his way to get the battery replaced for me and called me when it was ready. The battery was more expensive than he anticipated so he upped the price by 15$, and I can tell he actually felt bad asking. I was more than happy to pay what I did, I got a great watch at a stellar price and the service was top notch. A pawnshop owner that genuinely feels bad about raising the price? JT you are one of a kind and you certainly earned yourself another regular customer.

John runs THE BEST pawn shop in Boise. He is fair and honest. I was given a fair loan amount for my pistol and never once felt that my property wasn't in good hands. Go here, you won't regret it.

JT is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been there to get loans on my jewelry many times and I have purchased jewelry from him many times. He seems to have a very nice collection of guns and knives as well.

We saw a bike in front of the store and the owner was very nice and helpful. We got a great deal too! This is definitely the nicest pawn shop I've been through... Usually they feel like thrift shops but it was really clean and everything was in great shape. Will definitely come back here!

John is an incredibly friendly operator, really enjoyed how welcoming and patient he was with me as I perused his wares. The store itself has quite a unique inventory of things to look at, I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and taking a look at what comes in. Went in to browse some guns and ended up spending around 30 minutes just talking with the owner who made my friends and I feel extremely welcome. Great prices and he was able to answer all my gun questions and unlike other places I've been he did it in a way that didnt make me feel like i was being talked down to or like he was "dumbing it down" for me. Will Definitely be going back for all future needs and I'm about a hour away. For customer service alone this place is a must visit 5/5!
