I first wrote a review back on may 11th About how unprofessional this company is!!! My mother was in the ICU recovering with a stroke when I contacted this company after her having 14 missed calls with in 4 days! I called to let them know what was going on and I asked for them to give her time to make a payment!! That SAME DAY the illegally pulled a payment from her bank account without her authorization or mine for that matter! I then called to ask why and what I was supposed to do because she didn’t have the money to have it pulled and the woman began to chuckle and responded with “well your in charge of her finances” excuse me!?!?! 2 days later I went and completely paid off the loan!!! 2 weeks later I received a phone call from the “OWNER” expressing how sorry they were and how they handled the individuals that were involved in this situation! Right before what I thought was a professional call the OWNER began to say how hard they have worked on maintaining a good google rating and BRIBED ME with a $100 to delete my google review! In the moment I said yea got off the phone and changed my review!! It’s been almost 3 weeks and I never received my bribe money and I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND GRIMY THIS COMPANY IS!!!!! They do illegal stuff right under your nose and these high interest loans that they gyps you on are designed for people to lose vehicles!!!!
