Cannot sing enough praise about the Guidant Financial team. They were amazing to work with, provided excellence guidance, and were very prompt in communicating when I had questions. I was able to establish my C Corp and fund my company in record time. Michael Stein was great, and I appreciated him answering all my questions during the initial conversations. Plus, he was very consistent in following up, which made me feel like he truly valued me as a client - which was very important to me! Lucas Bade was instrumental in my corporation being established so efficiently; he was easy to contact when I had questions and provided clarity on the various aspects of the process during our phone calls. I researched and communicated with several similar financial companies/consultants when I started the franchising process, and I could not be any happier with my decision. The professionalism, communication, fee structure, and overall process were key factors in my decision. Guidant Financial has been a phenomenal group with which to work. They walked us through the entire process of setting up our 401k and C-Corp. We have had positive experiences with every element of working with them over the course of the past year and a half. We want to give a special shout-out to Andy in customer service for reaching out to help us walk through the filing of our form 5500 which was problematic for us as a first time filer.
