    Under staffed ,untrained, unprofessional workers. Stood in line 20 mins for something that usually take me 3 mins to get done , took 10 mins and didnt get completed. If there isnt multiple people there can it moving. Most of the workers cant even cash a check over $1500. Smh. Im good off Ace Check Cashing.

    This places promotes identify theft. Someone's been using my social security here to cash fraudulent checks year round. I called for help several times and got ignored every single time

    It's a check cashing place, I wait in line for a long time, they take my check and give me less money than the check said I should get..... What an experience! It is entirely my fault why I keep finding myself in places like this, but the way the world works will make sure I haven't made my last "experience" to a check cashing place. PS: I didn't get threatened with a knife while in line so in that sense it was a better experience than the check cashing place in SF so thumbs up.

    At Ace cash express at fruitvale and international, All the employees are very helpful. I came in, just had to wait quite awhile because the Young lady working was by herself and had a long line and it was just a busy morning. Even though Lorena new it was busy appreciating us by waiting in line she was sweet and very helpful.

    Visited this location in high hopes today! I spoke, and was service by a lady whose name started with an L I believe. But she was very helpful today, when I was told no by a whole lot of other places. Without Ms. L’s service today I wouldn’t have been able to make it to my moms for her birthday…. Thank you so much for your help it’s a blessing.

    My experience with Albertino at this location on International and Fruitvale is always so pleasant, he is very nice, professional very helpful(Up-date) the customer service here at Ace check cashing place is still phenomenal I was there earlier today approximately about 2:30 p.m. and I dealt with the cashier by the name of Kiara and she was really nice

    I showed up at 6:50 and the entire building was locked up eventhough it states they close at 7pm. It's extremely disappointing the lack of good customer service that we are forced to endure in the oakland area.
