ACE Cash Express Mission St, San Francisco

I am visiting San Francisco California from Kansas city I was looking for a location that I can add money to my card I found Ace Cash express off of Mission Street in San Francisco I was greeted by Robert and I was kinda lost and I asked for help on finding a location that loads cards And he was nice enough to tell me that they did it at their location it was fast and great customer service thank you again Robert

The csr did an incredible job handling a situation that could have been bad. Another customer was in a bad mood and she defused it and got him to laugh.. She deserves a promotion.

Today I went to request information for a loan and they helped me. Excellent service. Thank you Robert R.

This company charges a fee to cash a check which I understand. If you don't have a bank account this is your fate. But then they talk you into getting the ACE card and when you deposit checks onto the card the cashing fee is waived. They don't tell you about the $10 per month charge just for owning the card and then the fee charged when you want to withdraw cash from an ATM. It makes me sick when corporations go out of their way to take advantage of the people who are struggling the most with the lowest income. They know this because the checks are GA checks. Meanwhile, the 75 Billionaires living in San Francisco live the life of luxury and don't pay a penny in taxes. And I am quite certain that the Executives at ACE Cash Express are taking advantage of every Tax Loophole possible, so they don't have anyone taking their money! If I have free time, I will do a more in-depth look into who runs ACE and just how much they paid in taxes. Be interesting to see if they like most San Francisco Corporations contributed money to block prop 60 from passing. The proposition that benefitted the homeless and those living in SRO's. The very people that almost all of their business comes from!

Be more up front on the phone on what is needed to get a loan before a person gets to the place. They told me that I had an outstanding loan after I had gotten their (not the best place for parking) but come to find out it was a loan that was disputed over 2 years ago...They promised to send me some more papers to fill out and I am still waiting for them and then I will have to go and get a police report and then I have to send it back to you and then ya'll have to do some type of review and then I guess it should be cleared off of my record..But I do enjoy my Meta Bank card thinking about another one...

Staff is very helpful and respectable. Lena is a top rated employee who go beyond her duties.

The lady behind the register today around 6 pm was very disrespectful to me. Offered me little to no help, showed no sympathy for my situation, and did not try to guide me through the process with any help. Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life, will not be coming back. Respect makes a business. Wish I could have spoken to a manager, or someone that would have been of better service.

I been dealing with this store for 10+ years I went there today they have this big mean looking guy in there soon as I walked up he frowned up at me I gave him my check he was so rude he tells me in a rude way I have to verify I really don't think he did at all so he turns around and tells me I can't verify it. I took my check and just left they never had a person in there so rude like him I will never go there again as long as he works there terrible
