If you want them to scrape up your jewelry trying to prove its fake, this is the place for you. Want to get treated with no dignity and no respect because you want to pawn somthing at a pawn shop, go here. If you are white maybe your experience here will be enjoyable however if you are of brown skin do not expect to be treated fair. The guy with the glasses and long hair... Cussed me out after he told me he would scratch up my jewelry on purpose. Because im black and have a gold diamond ring the dude was offended. Black man take your buissiness where they will respect you. We deserve that much.

I'm writing very because experience with Buy Sell Loan SF has been great so far with me. I've had a couple of loans with them, and I'm always late to everything. But as long as I've called, more than once I was the gut who had the last transaction on my last day, even after occasion. I've had loans in the hundreds from them for a great rate. They've never under valued my jewelry, and even with my frantic calls and rushing late, I have never been given an attitude and treated nicely. I would suggest you compare rates and experience with them, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. -Bubble

One star is one to many. I wish Google would let me leave zero. I had pawned an expensive item to Buy Sell Loan. The day I paid my loan out I noticed my Amplifier had a lot of wear and tear on it, as if it was being used. I brought this up to the staff and they would not take responsibility for clearly damaging my property. All they would say was “maybe we did, maybe we didn’t damage your property. Unless you have pictures of it the day you brought it in we’re not liable”. The vibe I got was even if I had taken pictures and had them for proof they would of came up with another excuse to not take responsibility. Stay away from Buy Sell Loan they will treat your property like it’s a piece of trash.

After several extensions, I was able to pay my interest in full and pickup my diamond bracelet. I've been to them for 3 loans so far and I've had a great experience each time, even though I was past the due date with no paperwork each time paying my loans off. But the biggest things I've learned doing business with them, is to keep track of dates on important things like that. Open your mail when it's received. And call if I have an issue, BEFORE the due date, and be courteous. I've been treated the same in return. -Thanks!

I am currently a 4th time customer, and I've had great customer service each time. They've been great with the loan amounts each time. And very understanding with my payments. I been helped by everyone who works there, and they've all been very helpful. -Bubble

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They have no idea what they're doing. I spoke with someone on the phone prior to my visit at the store to make sure they valued diamonds etc.. Upon arriving to the store, my husband handed the two gentlemen behind the counter his grandmothers diamond from her engagement ring to have appraised and they came back and said "they couldn't take it because it was a lab grown moissanite". This is absolutely incorrect as this diamond has been appraised not once, not twice but three times in the prior years. We immediately went and got three more appraisals directly after we left Buy Sell Loan and all three places laughed at the idea that this diamond was a moisannite. The diamond was in fact real and all three places, all accredited diamond buyers all wanted to take it off our hands as it was a diamond from the 1940's and in incredible condition. How insulting that a "diamond buyer" wouldn't have the respect to make sure they weren't insulting a customer with their bogus lab created diamond. I have the paperwork in front of me displaying the exact details and value of this diamond. Sooooo I professional and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Bought a bike from them. It needed some work since it was in a wreck but the price was good and the guys at the store were nice people overall.

I arrived to the location with 15 minutes till closing and they denied me service. It's bad enough to find parking than having to walk from were ever you park . I won't be recommending this place being that they are unreliable and can't tell time.
