It’s very user unfriendly. You have to try and figure out how to contact them if you need to make changes. You can add cards but not delete them unless you call tally. They gave me a credit card that’s at 22.99%. With enough to pay off a higher balance card. What they didn't tell me is the payments for their card is twice what I was paying on the other card! So now I’m paying about $100 more per month than what I was. This is not saving me money. Then they started paying cards that I already had auto pay on so then there were double payments! There is very little information on how it works and how to use it.

Although this is a amazing idea. I wish I was made available to everyone. The commercial makes it seem so easy. Kudos to the ones good enough that you approve to help. Bless the ones you turn away.

Just finished paying off the last of my credit card debt with Tally! The relief I feel is unreal. The app is semi clunky and could use some smoothing out. But the service as a whole was very welcoming. Not planning on needing to use them again. But if I needed to, I would lol.

They charge customers to pay more than their original credit card payment based on % of apr. Also customer decided to cancel the payment since paying to their original credit card to make a compromise to pay low payment. Unfortunately, they won't allow that and think about their greedy business without compromise/ negotiate I advice you not to apply Tally.

I don’t see any use of this app infact they are charging me more interest than my credit cards. I see no point in it and feel like it’s a loot not savings. Save yourself from being looted.

A total rip off company! I was with them for almost 4 years and paid almost $10K interest during that time for an average balance of $17.5K. I paid an average of $207 of interest per month while I was with them. Basically never being able to get out debt. i ended up getting a personal loan to pay this things off. Please stay away!

Said it will help get out of credit debt but wouldn't help me. My credit is in the 720 range .. so I guess your credit has to be excellent to get this ..

I find their commercials terribly insulting. They show young adults who frivolously spend their money and learn nothing of how to manage their finances. They then plan on throwing it all away again, just to end up in the same ridiculous situation again.

Does not help everyone score over 600 and no explanation to why they deny you.

Tally helps you pay down the cards with the highest APRs first, guiding you to eventually become debt-free!
