I had a good, memorable experience with a teller! Vicky was very very patient and understanding. She made the process smooth and instant and I loved it overall. I’m a satisfied customer, definitely would come again. Thank you Vicky!

I had issues with my direct deposit so I needed to cash my check and I got to Money Mart 5 minutes before they were closing. (usually I never do that with any business but this was my only option). With even being a new customer I was provided amazing customer service! I was totally impressed at the service Bianca provided and how fast she was able to input me in the system, verify my ID, and cash my check. Thanks Bianca!

I’ve been a loyal customer here over a year. The ladies that work here are very professional, patient and do their best at solving any barriers. But I do have to say I don’t recommend getting that momentum card they closed my account because I had pending transactions. I’m really disappointed that happened taking I’ve had the card for about a year and never took advantage of it and for my account to get closed because pending transactions doesn’t make any sense at all.

Great customer service , and safe ,for sure I recommend to every one if you have any checks or any money service .

As I walked in, a well warm experienced by the staff who cordially invite me with a welcome smile. Even on the line you can see her bubbling friendly great customer service as a professional. Even though the line was not promising, but a prompt service is there. I was attended in less than 5 min and they made me very comfortable to be patient. The professional environment of this establishment is reaching to a great achievement. Is great to see this particular staff.

Slow service and inconsistent customer service. They made a mistake while sending money by Western Union. The phone rep confirmed it was their mistake and said they would refund the service fee. But then the Money Mart refused to refund the service fee. Just bad service overall.

I have been a money mart customer for many years now and am always satisfied with my service. The ladies there always remember my name and are all friendly professional and wonderful. I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore but always go out of my way to stop at the Valencia location whenever I need anything.
