California Check Cashing Stores High St, Oakland

Staff are friendly enough but customer care has always been iffy. How is it that you can have a line of people and we see workers standing around talking to each other but only ONE teller is handling customers. At what point do you put customers first and jump in to help get the line down at the very least. It's like some written rule to allow people to wait as long as possible. SMH

Always went there to send money most of the staff are awesome but their is one particular individual who claims she is the manager bye the name of Gabriella, very rude, impolite and unprofessional. I don’t think she should be a store manager for that branch.

Worker I dealt with couldn't care less. Right outside you can always find people asking for money or a cig. Hard to cross this Street.

Terrible service. Incredibly rude. Interrupted me the entire time and gave so much as attitude just for being asked to do her job.

Asain lady was rude and management did nothing about it.

Called these folks to find out about money order cashing, of course they said they could do it but could not quote the fee percentage. Are ypu kidding me, like it changes customer to customer based on what?? Worthless
