I also would like to share with everyone that I have a hearing impairment disability. And I communicate best By lip reading so its very difficult because we're all under mask do to covid-19. Her respond was very professional and had,had empathy and understanding and she was very accommodating making sure that I understood and got everything done right promptly and efficiently so my experience there with her work left me a hundred percent satisfied! Kudos for those employees specially the manager for staying so calm and professional specially when customers get so rude and impatient. I was there yesterday to do western union and the service was so quick and fast. The lady ask where I cash my check at and offered me about a loan so I might stop by their next time to do other service. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this place.

Customer service was extremely great here from Mathew and Makai who is an excellent salesman

I came here to send money and there was a very long line so I waited for about 20min in line before I finally reached a teller. Then she puts a closed sign and says “you need to wait for the next person” and points to the left. Then everyone in line started to get upset and say how rude she was. Then someone who appeared to be the manager comes to a window at another customers request and he was just as rude. The hours they’re open are super convenient but the behavior of the staff make you just want to wait for the next Ca check cashing store to open.

Most unprofessional check cashing centers. There can be a line of 20 people with only one employee at the window while other employees are in back either talking or acting like they counting money. Take care of the customers first tgen finish doing what you are doing.
