I went today for first time , after two weeks without a job and needing to send money to my mother, I took a set of two outdoor Blink 2 cameras, brand new in the box and the fat gentleman with the locks, gave me a look , like I was a bum. I told him that I just purchase those cameras 45 days ago and I just needed a loan . And I have pay $180 , he said you can buy 5 cameras for $100, I said that was weird because those are Amazon cameras and third party selling them cheaper than manufacturer He told he wasn't interested in helping me and what I might be lucky if he gives me $10. Damn felt so Insulted and as a hard working man, I felt discriminate. They treat people like crab. Horrible experience.

Please do not sell them anything they will offer you the lowest amount possible your better off going to the pond shop in north Oakland they will give u top dollar just even read the reviews they will straight argue with you no good customer service at all they will look your stuff up on eBay and offer you the lowest amount

I had so much trepidation and angst about going to a pawn shop. I was thinking it would be a seedy, uncomfortable experience and that I would likely get scammed. I looked online, saw the great reviews and feedback for #1 Pawn Shop and decided to give them a try. Needless to say I had a GREAT experience. I happened to arrive 10mins before they closed. It was very clean -sterile, even- on the inside. I asked for Peter (since that was the name mentioned in many reviews), but Peter was closing up and the other gentleman, Felix, assisted me. As Felix evaluated my tennis bracelet, I teased him a bit that “maybe I should wait for Peter”. All teasing aside... Felix was awesome! A good sport, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The overall experience and pay for my item was excellent! Glad I went! Will be taking other items to them soon. Went in to sell some jewelry my mom gave up after my dad cheated on her with his assistant (talk about mid life crisis 😅). The guys there are easy to talk to and nice. I'm so used to pawn shop guys feeling like they need to bully me off the bat to get me to accept their pricing, but these guys were straight up with me and made the whole exchange east peasy.

I would not recommend this place if you're trying to pawn or sale cameras or lenses. There is this one particular guy with long black hair who will try to lowball you. I brought in my Canon DSLR and he tried to open the battery slot with a pocket knife. I brought my camera for $800.00 and he put a scratch on it with the same pocket knife. Then he tried to offer me $10.00. Very shady.

I recently purchased a Electric Guitar from these guys. I found the shop clean, well lit and the staff very helpful. It was the best experience I have had purchasing from a pawnshop. I will definitely be checking back to see what other musical instruments become available.

I began frequenting this establishment a few years ago. I then realized that I didn't have to go very far for any of my needs within any pawn shop 🏪 because this one has everything. Came in there earlier to pawn my Canon EOS R which originally cost me $1800 and 3 other lenses. The guy went to eBay and looked it up, wasn't sure what he clicked but it showed some low numbers for the camera. I couldn't see clearly if it was really for the eos r. But at the end he only offered me $100 !!!!! yeah $100 for an $1800 camera. And the guy even told me even with the 3 good lenses I have, I'm not even gonna get anywhere close a $1000!!! for a Canon eos r and 3 other good lenses? not even a 1000$ ? What a joke!!!

I went here with my Guy to look for a ring. This was our first time here so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were immediately greeted and helped. The selection was great! I came in a first time customer. I was looking for a laptop and found something in the first two that fit my needs. Luis rang it up for me and was very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service. 👌

Do not go here I've been going here back and forth for a couple of years and it's the same thing. They're still trying to sell the laptop they lowballed me for still till this day and it's still over priced. Brought tools they offer me less than $50 when it's like $250 worth of tools. These guys are grimey and don't matter what you bring in there or how expensive there going to lowball you tremendously. And I told them they were going to overprice the items I sold to them and they did when I came back and saw how much they were selling the tools I sold them. I went and pawned stuff here simply to see how they treat people......Not Good.
