I came in today with help on a loan and I can honestly say this place gets everything done in a timely and professional manner. Huge shoutout to Denisse, Nicole and Michelle for being great! They were such a big help, answered all my questions and overall great service. I would definitely recommend 1 stop title loans to anyone!

Today 12/1/2018 I visited 1 Stop and I had such an amazing experience. Michelle was the specialist who assisted me and did such a magical job. I was not only able conduct financial business I was also able to take car automotive business as well. Michelle was very professional and patient. Michelle is what true customer service is all about. During this time and age we tend to forget what serving people is all about. Fortunately today I was blessed with Michelle who did not forget what Customer Service is all about. Friendly, Eager to help with an amazing smile.

Had amazing customer service today at 1 Stop Title loans on 51st & McDowell. Went in and spoke with Nicole and had the whole process completed within no time. I will say they have exceeded my expectations. If you are in need of cash for any reason they can definitely help you.

The staff at this location was very friendly! The service was very fast and informative. I would recommend this location for great assistance! Michelle helped me understand the loan process and was very friendly. To top of the great customer service everyone wished me a Happy Thanksgiving on the way out.

All employees were super nice very helpful Michelle was awesome and helped me with a car loan. The manager Gino awesome too. Won’t hesitate to come back if I ever need their help again :) thank you guys !

Came in today for a loan and was helped by a Mitch. (Female) she was super sweet, nice and very informative about the loan i was getting. Happy a friend recommended me to come here.

Worst store and company to try and get a loan with. I would never recommend them to nobody. And what I don’t get is they charge u $1.00 while they are putting your card on the application. And when you don’t get the loan with them your bank is still charged for what for them trying to finish the application and they don’t want to work with you. They are the worst company ever. I won’t be returning and I’m glad all my family don’t use them anymore too.

I have to say Michelle and Gino were SUPER amazing. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the customers were happy. It was an easy process so different from the stories I have heard. Oddly enough I ended up here on a fluke...so glad that I did.

If I could give this place no star I would, I’m so glad cash 1 loans is built right in front of their a$$e$ LOL, karma is a bleep, these folks behind the counters of 1Stop are lazy and rude. They try so hard not wanting you to get a loan. Also they have on their door for you to write them 5 stars on google they pay you like $5 bucks or something, Fake reviews, at least I was a real person who was potential customer but their laziness turned me away, which was a great reason, their loans sucks.

My experience at 1 stop was amazing the lobby was very clean and smelled good customer service was awesome and Michelle was great she was one of the best agents I have ever dealt with I highly recommend coming back your awesome Michelle thanks you so much

I absolutely love this place. The work is fast and efficient and the workers treat you like actual human beings especially this one girl, Mich. Much more better than other places I visited. I can't recommend this place enough.
