This branch is great! Christian and Mary are great tellers and Evelyn is a fantastic manager. They are very quick and knowledgeable and will brighten your day. 5/5 experience

I called beforehand to cash a large check. I was promised there would be no issues. When I arrived they advised they couldn’t cash the check and go to another zions bank 30 minutes away….

I can no longer in good conscience recommend Zions. I've been a customer for close to 20 years, and I've had it with them. I've had my account locked because I signed in while on vacation (which is resulted in hundred of dollars of fees because my auto payments to credit cards and mortgage got denied). They've also charged insufficient funds fees multiple times even though I've had a balance in the thousands. They hold transfers as unavailable for days, its extremely frustrating how slow their system is. Go do your banking elsewhere, you'll have much better service. ~~ I've had an overall positive experience here. Been using this location since we moved out over 4 years ago. They've been friendly and capable. Most of the time lines aren't more than any other bank I've been to. They have decent products and rates too.

I strongly recommend that you not do business with Zions Bank. A close family member, who has worked in the banking industry for many years, informed me that Zions Bank is number one for collected user fees in the nation! Very stable bank, yes, but primarily because of all the fees they charge. Go with one of the large credit unions in the state, as they are also stable, but refrain from charging these exorbitant fees. I find Zions business practices deplorable. Never again for me.

Way understaffed one person to open accounts notorize print statements and so on one person.. a few years ago they had several.. customer service is going way down will be changing banks

I Almost never have a problem with Zions but this bank is straight up racist they only wanted to give me $50 of my $300 check they’ve never done this before, immediately when the old rag heard my accent she started to talk to her manager,don’t recommend going here,very disappointed in Zions bank

Zions bank client for 12+ years ever since I opened a savings account getting a dollar for A’s in grade school. Always have been very impressed with the Saratoga branch and its people. From starting a business and opening a business account to just general friendliness and I desire to help. Biggest beef is with Zions Bank generally. Not impressed with online compatibilities and some small accessibility due to it being a smaller size bank Update: Left Zions for Chase. Zions was charging my business account. Wanted to support the little guy. My online password locked me out for the last 4 years. No more. bye

Things happen, people have to follow policies, I get it. The manner in which they pushed these policies--freezing my account three times, then telling ME that MY signature is incorrect and needs to change--is just all unprofessional, I have a very mundane signature. The banker was very bossy and impatient from the moment I sat down--I tend to make it a goal to lighten peoples' mood when they are in a customer service roll, I couldn't get anything positive out of this employee. Ultinately: Poor policies, poor execution, poor management. I am seeing a similar trend throughout Zions as a whole, I am slowly moving my banking away entirely from Zions.

Closing my account today....can't deal any longer with unacceptably slow drive thru times. While typing this I'm going on 20 mins for a simple deposit. Horrible attitude and service to boot. Zions is a dying brand...time to move on. Advice- Go literally anywhere else.
