Zions Bank Pleasant Grove S Main St, Pleasant Grove

I'm new to Zions bank and we are small business owners in Pleasant Grove. We have had several banking needs since starting and we have been very well taken care of. Hector the accounts manager has been so incredibly helpful and every time we have had an issue he has taken care of it within minutes. Scott the Manager has been very helpful in helping us take care of our business loans and has always gotten back to me quickly when I have needed information. Very happy with this bank and highly recommend it!

I was charged $351 in overdraft fees for going $500 into overdraft. Yikes. It was an old account, attached to several auto bill payments. I didn't pay much attention to this account. They let me know several weeks after it started racking up those fees. I asked for them to waive at least some fees, but they cited their policies and what I had agreed to when I sign up. The assistant manager told me there was nothing he could do. They waived nothing...charged me the full $351 in fees. I paid it off immediately and closed my account. Oh Zion's bank, founded by Brigham Young...what have you done with our name?!?

Friendly staff that great me right away. I usually have a few deposits to make and the tellers are very timely and efficient. I used to visit a different location but this one is closer to home for me and they’re generally not super busy when I visit. My daughter can get pretty impatient some days so it’s nice when I can be in and out.

Assistant manager Chase Noel was very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend banking here. Very friendly.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. And I was only making a deposit. The girl working the drive up window sighed and scoffed like I was an inconvenience to her by depositing my money! I’ll drive down to Provo before dealing with anyone like that again. Unbelievable.

The teller that helped me today was only covering her chin with the mask and another representative wasn't even wearing one. I don't go to the bank for fun, and I have someone that's high risk back at home. I wish they were considerate enough as to take the bare minimum precautions.

If there was a 0 star I would give it 0 stars First of all last year I got a pay off quote for my loan went to the branch same day with cashiers check for the exact amount of the quote thought I paid it off 3 months go by and I get no title but a statement saying 239.00 still is owed so I go pay 239.00 Now I get another letter saying 90.00 owed I still have no title I have called many times to resolve the problem never do I get a resolution just the run around? Now its not about the money I just don't understand why I keep getting a bill when I was told three times my title would be sent??

That Linden Cameren lady cracks me up with her review. Not accepting Zions checks because not being a member of Zions cost you $5? Wow... Great place to bank with friendly staff.

Terrible bank. Very poor customer service. They kill you with nickle and dime service charges that add up very quickly to large amounts with zero tolerance and zero willingness to waive a single penny. Would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.

In choosing to work with a local bank (Zion's) I was frustrated by crappy technology and the customer services was repeatedly wrong and provided inaccurate information. It's a shame there isn't a zero-stars review option.
