I went with Ridge Home Loans initially because I know one of the owners. After receiving their quote though, I'm glad I ended going with them. They locked in the best interest rate I had received amongst all the other quotes I had received (timing may have been a factor here with the movements of interest rates daily, but they were AT LEAST as good as any other interest rate I had seen) and did so at about $3,500 less in total closing costs - and that was a comparison quote against another loan officer underwriting through the SAME COMPANY (UWM). Rick is a stand out guy and knows his stuff. The system they use makes it nearly automated and incredibly painless. I HIGHLY recommend using them.

Very happy with Ridge Home Loans. They worked on my loan when I bought my house, and again when I refinanced - which saved me quite a bit of money. Is a new mortgage or refi ever not stressful or go smoothly? Maybe but it’s not been my experience. Working with Ridge on my refi was my best experience with a lender. Rick and Jason move mountains and make things happen. Throughout our refinance they were excellent with communication and made my job easy. Being self employed and during COVID it was a complicated process however, they made it happen. Very grateful and highly recommend.
