Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) State St, Pleasant Grove

We have been long time members and have done many transactions with uccu. Our last experience was easy to complete and all of it at home except for the final signing. We are very happy with all of the services that they provide us.

DO NOT OPEN any account with this bank! The app is extremely outdated its always being worked on! The apps supper slow! Credit cards don’t ever work takes them over two months to fix it! Horrible credit card benefits. The lack of communication is horrible!Anytime you go into a branch you’ll have your money handled by someones “first day” and in training and you’ll find your self coming into the bank several times to fix it! No one ever has credit advice, disgusting attitude from any accountant there alway! If you like your money handled by clowns and horrible service this is for you! GREAT BENEFIT, bank lobbys always empty!!(you’ll still sit around waiting for minutes!)

I have grown weary of the hefty fees charged by Zions and KeyBank, so we’ve moved all our banking to UCCU. The process of setting up the new accounts was convenient and easy. Abs I was able to do it at 1:30 on a Saturday in the branch. Try that with Zions! My wife has had an account with UCCU for years and has loved their customer service.

Anna was great. I had several issues and requests and she settled them very efficiently.

They declined me for an auto loan even though I've been with them for years and have had multiple paid auto loans through them. I then went over to Alpine Credit Union and was out the door with a check in 15 min. This branch is embarrassing.

Set up our LLC. This credit union makes it fast and easy to attach to your personal account. 10/10

The process of getting a loan was so smooth and easy. We worked with Lexi at the PG branch. She was fantastic to work with. She is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional! 100% pleased with the entire process and the people involved! Thank you!

Lexi is amazing!! She is so fast at her job and she’s friendly! She’s also informative and everything was made very clear through the whole experience with refinancing our loan. UCCU is super lucky they landed her as an employee bc there aren’t many like her these days! She absolutely deserves a raise!

Our loan officer was great. She help us know what we needed and followed up with information regularly. She made it very smooth and clear through out the process.

This is specifically for the drive thru ATM experience only. This location is pretty close to home, so it was definitely convenient in distance. The ATM drive thru is located in the back of the building, behind the drive thru teller area. It only has one lane (and one ATM drive thru machine) so keep that in mind when someone drives up behind you to use it. The location is fairly lit when dark sets in. The big plus for me is that I can use this drive thru to deposit checks, cash, and even withdraw as this credit union is a co-op of my credit union, which is out of state! In the world of Utah drive thru’s, this is definitely a must in my book. I don’t really enjoy having to walk into a grocery store, just to use an ATM machine to do my banking. If one can go thru a drive thru for food, why not do drive thru for your banking needs?

I’ve never had a bad experience with UCCU. They’re always very helpful and reasonable with every request. They’re great if you’re buying a rebuilt title car and their interest rates are always the best. I used to bank exclusively with Mountain America and then they started being more and more difficult to work with. I trust UCCU because they always come through clutch.

The process to get a HELOC was smooth, and we were kept informed of each step along the way. The people at UCCU are the best.

I worked with Paige R. At the Pleasant Grove branch for my car loan. She was so sweet, professional and efficient. She had snacks and treats for my daughter as well which made my experience so much better. Her Manager was super nice and was able to help get my car loan approved. I was dreading having to go into the bank for the loan (since last time I was there for 3-4 hours at a different location) but they made it easy! Thank you both so much for your help!
