America First Credit Union (inside Macey's) W State St, Pleasant Grove

Stopped for help on a pay off. Megan that was in the managers office was very unhelpful at best. I was hoping she was able to locate a payoff check that was sent overnight 5 days ago. Megan acted put out that I was there for help on this, as stated it was not her issue. I needed to contact the facility that sent the check. I called the facility where I traded my truck into. The facility was willing to help in anyway possible. They got me the payoff check and verified it had been sitting at the America first facility for over a week. This help did not come from the institution that I have multiple loans through No! Came from someone who understood that I needed some help. As of today I will move all loans and banking from America first! This horrible lady in my opinion should not be in any position that requires personal relationships. Thank you for the past but I am done with America first!

Super frustrated with this bank in general. But this location was rough today. The first lady I worked with was perfectly nice but did not know what she was doing so she called over another lady who seemed like she might have been the branch manager or something and she was incredibly rude and unwilling to help. She literally walked away halfway through our conversation after saying "we might be able to take care of that but it would take a while"... what? I stood in line and explained the whole situation, wasting my time, just to be told it would take too long? What a joke. I was already planning on closing my account but after this I definitely will be. (Not to mention, by the way, that the afcu phoneline has a minimum of a 1 hr wait. Today was a minimum of two hrs.)

Hate trying to get a hold of this branch it all ways says there going to call back but never do and to get to a person is impossible

I have had no issues with the staff at this location, they have always been pleasant to deal with. But trying to call the 800 number or send an email to get some help with anything is near impossible.

Very frustrated. I have gone into this branch several times with questions about my mortgage and its been over 4 months and they cannot get it right. I like America first however I hate the entire process and lack of communication from the mortgage department!!!!

The "supervisor" Megan Christensen is terrible at her job. I brought in my son to create an account. He was super excited to finally do this. I was told we needed to wait just a few minutes to be helped. After 10+ minutes i stood up and was told it would be another 20 minutes because she was doing errands in the back. Terrible customer service and experience for my excited son. Going to another branch.

Melanie was amazing to work with! Excellent customer service! She helped our son with a car loan and we had an exceptional experience. If I could give more stars I would. She was awesome! Highly recommend America First Credit Union and especially this location!

They NEVER answer their phones anymore and take hours to call back. Just horrible service. This is every single branch.

It would be nice to know if the hours are changing. I went to the bank expecting it to be open cause that is what the site says. There was no notification at the bank. I was told to get an uber and go to another branch the next city over. All over 5 lousy min. they weren't even nice about it.

Definitely 5-star service!!! We have been with AFCU since 2007 and have NEVER regretted the change from another credit union to AFCU. Always friendly, professional service, and a great website experience for online banking as well.
