Erin is great. He is very responsive and extremely fast. We financed with him initially, was able to get everything together in 2 weeks or so (all the banks said it was going to be at least a month), which is super helpful when trying to buy a house quickly in this market. We had a great experience with Erin. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the appraisal, which took much too long to happen. It wasn’t Erin’s fault, but it was ridiculous having everything held up for something so simple. Other than that, Erin is extremely efficient, and always gets back to us quickly. He and his staff were very knowledgeable, and he was able to get us a rate that was surprising even to the title company at closing. I would give Erin 5 stars personally, but something needs to be done about the appraisers. I’m certain one of the reasons for the delay was how busy the real estate market is. However, there will come a day when things settle down, and those same appraisers will be fighting each other to get some work.

Really recommend this amazing team. They worked so hard for myself and family. They were picky and specific, in the right ways. Always in communication with me.
