Rocky Mountain Motor Cars S State Rd, Pleasant Grove

So I arrived at Rocky Mountain Motor Cars about nine months ago. I was in desperate need for a vehicle so I can get to work on time without having to rely on public transportation. The salesman, Jimmy had really helped me out by understanding my situation and/or lifestyle. Fortunately, I was able to drive off in a vehicle that is comfortable, that is good on fuel, and that’s affordable. However, about five months in, I started having issues with my transmission. So I called Rocky Mountain Motor Cars where Ryan from their auto service center had addressed the transmission problem. So I was stuck with a rental car for about a week or two that was paid out of pocket. Afterwards, I was able to go and pick up my vehicle and now I haven’t had any other issues, except for a battery replacement. Otherwise, my vehicle from Rocky Mountain Motor Cars is top shape. They’ve earned my business when and/or if I am in the market for another vehicle, I recommend them.

These guys have been so great and have helped me get into a car that I love when no one else would give me a chance. Because of my credit score, they have a lot of great things that help people get into a car. They give you a 2-year warranty on a used car I don't know any other car place that does that on used cars. They have been so great and kind thank you Rocky Mountain motors / Timberline Financial.

I have had my car for a year and am updating my review due to the fact that the sales man lied to me. I am a single girl and made the mistake of coming in alone to buy a car. I noticed the check engine light was on in the car and was told it was on due to the oil change. The sales guy told me they forgot to reset it when they changed the oil. This was a lie. I was also told that my warranty covered everything “Except general maintenance.” This is also false. It only covers the transmission and motor. Anything else that goes wrong is going to cost you a fortune. I am convinced they sold me a car they knew had problems and just didn’t care. I will never buy another car from them again nor will I ever buy a car without having it fully checked by a mechanic. I have learned a very expensive lesson and do NOT recommend purchasing from them.

I was looking for a new a car and was lucky enough to find Rocky mountain! I walked out with a car same day. This was the easiest, fastest and by far the best experience with an Auto purchase that I have ever had! They are extremely flexible everyone their was very friendly. I highly! recommend this dealership, especially if you are in struggling. They are the kind of people that actually want to help you not just take your money and run.

Rich was kind and very upfront with all details. He also made the experience easy. At one point I thought it was too easy. It turned out it was a very easy process and informative. Very knowledgeable and very professional. The lady in the front was so kind and helped us with the coffee machine, she made us feel comfortable and Rich made us feel confident because he explains everything and very upfront with all details. This car lot has taken good care of me and my husband. Their cars a are quality with a warranty most buy here pay Here's don't offer. They still helped us out even though our credit is so poor and are always friendly! I recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car for a good price and especially to anyone who don't have great credit!

First of all i just want to say Everyone at Rocky Mountain Motors Is Awesome. They are so nice to me and even know me by name when i go in to make my payments. I needed a car fast. My Credit was horrible. No Other dealership in Utah County would even work with me. But they helped me get into a car that day and My Family and i were able to make it out to Texas to say our final goodbyes to my Grandmother. We plan on paying off our car and coming back to them to get another one soon.

Best Experience! They were open and honest in everything. Our car broke down Friday and had no cash, bad credit with a repo and RICH helped us get into an amazing car. It's a 2009 Hundai Sonata! I'm in love and enjoyed this car buying experience!

Making people jump through hoops to browse you’re inventory is a good way to lose potential customers. Now I’m just going to save my gas and time by giving potential business to another car lot.

My auto buying experience with Rocky Mountain Motors was the best experience I've had with purchasing a car. It was simple, fast no hassle and my dealer Dane got me into exactly what I was looking for with out adding on any extra charges., He stayed within my budget and didnt hassle me to go beyond just because he on paper it looks like I could. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was so friendly, the dealership was upfront and honest the entire time, and we couldn't be happier. I can't remember who helped sell us the car, but it was an older gentleman with tattoos. He was extremely friendly and my wife and I had fun talking with him, it was especially nice since he didn't give us the typical car salesman BS. I'd gladly recommend this place to all of my friends. If you have bad credit or are looking for an honest dealership (with a warranty) this is the place to go.

These guys are awesome everyone the have on staff is respectful and they not only work with you but take good care of you if your vehicle needs repairs 100% must go if you need a vehicle.

Extremely helpful, and they actually care and want you to succeed with rebuilding your credit and getting into a used vehicle. Dane was awesome and extremely patient and was willing to stay well past closing to make sure I was taken care of and got to drive home in a new car.

I went in to Rocky Mountain Motor Cars to try and find a good vehicle that I could afford. I don’t have good credit and couldn’t find a dealership that would help me.
