Zions bank Provides great customer service each time I go there. I have multiple accounts with this banking institution and have always been impressed with the professional manner in which they manage my account. This location is very clean and up-to-date. Very conveniently located in Layton. Zions Bank has a great advantage in Utah because of its many locations all over the state.

I don't usually do this but I had to after I was treated so badly. Went to the drive through to cash a check. They sent me back a form to fill out with no pen. I sent the form back and asked for a pen. They sent the pen and form so I filled it out. I sent it back and then after 5 minutes of waiting, the girl told me that my account is an America First account and they don't cash checks for other banks. I told her I didn't know that, since most other banks do. She proceeded to tell me that there's an America First up the street, all the while mockingly smiling at me. And then Another woman came on the screen laughing at me, and said ”Dont you hate it when you get confused?” I simply rolled up the window and drove away. If I was planning on getting a Zions account before, I sure as hell am not now.

The fees are excessive. Have you ever paid a fee to cash a check from a member of their own bank? I have, only at zions bank though.

After a visit with my child to cash her paycheck, I was surprised to find that they charge a 5.00 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank. My Daughter is 12 and makes 5.00 an hour. Wow! Zions preys on little kids too.

This is a ridiculous branch to deal with. They will screw up your deposit on a holliday weekend then when you try to get it fixed they will treat you with rude indifference. Telling you things like, we've been too busy helping other customers to fix your deposit we screwed up 4 days ago. As soon as they fix their mistake I will be clearing out my accounts and finding a better financial institution. Zions as a bank has been great, but this branch cannot be trusted to care for your money or even fix their mistakes in a reasonable amount of time. If I made mistakes like this and treated customers this way, I would no longer have a job to have money for these clowns to screw up with.

seems like nobody is in charge, and nobody care about the customers who are just sitting in the lobby. No one care to ask if we've been helped. I stopped this one employee but he has to go to lunch..
