I quoted 3 different mortgage companies and Salt Creek Mortgage was able to get me the best interest rate as well as come up with a very flexible and creative mortgage plan that works for me. All the other lenders I went through insisted FHA was the only route I could go but Stephanie was amazing and was able to figure out a way I could purchase the home through Convientional.
