Josh Vollmer was fantastic to work with. My first mortgage experience, with a different company, was horrendous and I thought I knew what was going on but got taken pretty badly. Josh was very patient and made sure I knew and understood every part of the buying process. He was always quick to answer any questions I had or to let me know if there was an issue that needed resolving and how to resolve it. This is meant to be my forever home but if that changes I will 100% be going through Josh at American Pacific Mortgage.
