I've used Coventry Mortgage three times now to do refinances. Each time was a great experience. This last time the whole process was completed extremely fast. I was actually able to lock in my rate the same day that I called to start the refinance. After that we were able to complete everything online except for the final signature. Going into the Title company for the final signatures was quick and easy. I would recommend Chris and his staff to anyone who needs a mortgage.

Best mortgage company in Utah! I’ve used Coventry Mortgage for two home refinances including my last in 2019 and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough! Each refinance process was extremely easy and Chris and Aubree handled everything perfectly. I had purchased a home previously and also had a home construction loan with another mortgage company so I know how other mortgage companies work and they were nowhere near the same level of amazing customer service and support as I received with Coventry. I don’t forsee myself buying a new home or refinancing anytime soon but if I did, my first call would be to Chris at Coventry for a quote. I have also recommended Coventry to my family and friends who are looking for a mortgage or refinance as I have complete trust Coventry will be the best company to work with them.

I’m so glad I was referred to Coventry mortgage. My husband and I have bought and sold our home in the past and refinanced with another mortgage broker and it was a bad experience each time. Documentation lost and requested multiple times, closing dates pushed back several weeks or even months, unclear answers to my questions. This was not the case with Coventry. This time we did a streamline and I know these are easier than refinancing but I was not expecting such a, well, a streamlined experience. Even though Chris took some time off during the month, we were closed in approximately three weeks.
