We’re now home owners!! Thanks to Adam that was extremely patient and responsive. When we started to shop around, pretty much all companies had a “no chat until we see your docs” policy. Adam was the ONLY one that wanted to know us and build that initial relationship. That’s what we need to encourage and support in business today. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with Umortgage, specifically Adam. He guided us throughout the process, explained every detail and fee (trust me, there were many) and worked after hours to make sure we would get the best deal we could get. We applied for a re-finance loan about a year ago with Adam and because of my Self Employed status and the way we were handling my taxes we did not qualify at that time. A few months go by and Adam reaches back out to say that there are some new guidelines that will allow us to qualify for the refinance using only my wife's income. We had pretty much given up on doing the refi, but Adam kept on it and got it done for us. We are saving over $200 per month and were able to get it closed before the recent rate increases. Adam is a rockstar mortgage man, easy to work with and kept working for us even when we were not aware of it. Great work, great guy!

Adam made our home buying experience great! He is very responsive, EVEN ON WEEKENDS! He’s very knowledgeable about mortgages and is willing to educate you on the process which was comforting and gave us confidence.
