Like most, I like to “shop around” to make sure I get the best deals and services- Mitch Wilkes was hands down the best I could ever have found. Finally decided to do a refinance on our home in Eagle Mountain and we were told good things about Summit Home Loans since it is local to Utah. We originally had our mortgage through Rocket Mortgage, but our experience with them seemed to lack that "real-person" relationship. We ended up working with Hunter Roybal who was able to take our rate of 4.25% down to 3.5%. It saved us about $140 a month which was nice. Hunter was very professional and cordial throughout the entire process.
