Absolutely awful customer service at this branch. They didn’t even acknowledge us until 10 minutes of standing there. We wanted to open an account but after ANOTHER 20 minutes of waiting we left. Don’t waste your time folks!

This bank is terrible! We have had nothing but problems with them. Everything from them making money disappear from our account, to little things like checks and new cards being impossible to get or taking months. I had to order my husband a new debit card 4 times before one showed up and it took months. I was already going to switch to a different bank when my husband got a job out of state and we had to move. I called to close our account and they wont let me close it. I have to go into The Branch I Opened The Account at and close it in person. My other option, after explaining that its impossible for me to go in person 5 different times is to go pay to have a letter written and notarized. I have to included some unknown form of proof our cards have been destroyed as well. I'll have to send the letter so I get a signature on delivery because you know they will claim it never showed up and if I don't pester them daily about it they wont close the account they will just leave it open. I've used a few different banks in my life and not once did I need to do anything more then provide the appropriate information over the phone and maybe confirm by email to close the account.

Very bad experience. Liz is a personal banker but not a personable banker. She was very rude when I first arrived and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. When she did notice me after I asked if there was a personal banker she just rudely asked, "What do you need?" instead of "How can I help you?" and then the rest of the time she tried helping me out as if she hated her job.

Lindsey is the most helpful banker I have ever dealt with before. She helped me get things squared away with my elderly mother's accounts. Truly went above and beyond. Thank you Lindsey!

Although the people who work at this bank are great the bank it’s self sucks. 45 day wait for a debit card, sent it to the wrong address even though I was very clear where it needed to go. $32 over draft fees. Transactions even made through debit don’t show up against the account for days. Makes it extremely hard to keep track. ATM was broken twice in a 30 day period of time. Bank charges like $50 for checks even to a new account. Was very disappointed in this bank. When I went to close my account they said that it would take 30 days and would just magically close its self. Had to push to get it closed same day.

Well I've had two experiences here so far and after them I'll be switching back to my other bank. The first time I waited 26 minutes for a teller on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 PM. The other experience I was told The person I needed to see was upstairs and pointed in that direction with no other information. You walk up the stairs and not a single door is labeled with the person's name, which is obviously the commonsense thing to do especially for a business office, but the people in the rooms look at you like you're breaking laws by being there and not a soul offers to help you. So not only do I not know where I'm supposed to be going because there's no directions, they act like you're a criminal just for being up there. I will definitely be switching back to Wells Fargo, and I'm going to pursue my loan options elsewhere. Maybe if y'all had a little bit of common decency and customer service you might get more business.

Zion's Bank is a bank you should use if you want inexperienced staff, rude tellers, high fees on things that should be free (statement prints) and a bad experience each time you call or walk in. In order for you to be able to login to the mobile app, you have to call an 800 number and have them add your device to your account. Only 1 device per account, so if you have more people that you want to have access (employees, wife, etc..) they're not able. If you get a new phone, good luck getting them to detach your old phone and attach your new phone. Took me 3 weeks for someone to be able to get my new phone attached. This bank sucks! They need to fire higher-ups and start fresh. It's the only thing that will turn this bank around. I wish I could give a 0 star review.

I’ve had very good experiences with US Bank. Winston Young is always willing to help and has been very friendly and good to deal with. Chris Barker has also been very professional and good to work with.
