Tim Prindle was everything we needed in a loan officer, he was straightforward, helped us solve challenges and got us a great loan within the time frame we needed. His team is also wonderful - communicative and efficient. We have already referred another client to Tim.

Tim was great! Very responsive over email as well as able to communicate house lending specifics (that we are limited on our knowledge) well over email where context and understanding can easily be lost. We appreciated Tim's willingness to get on the phone with us and talk through our various financial components throughout the process.
